The sale of the Silverson L5M laboratory mixer went very well & easily. It was for a foreign company that we didn't know anything about, so it was down to Machinio's contact that we made the sale.
It's worthwhile paying Machinio's fees when they make sales for us.

La partie front progresse clairement : les annonces sont bien présentées, la gestion des machines et demandes est fluide et le référencement semble bien travaillé.

Nous apprécions également la prise en compte des remontées terrain et l’accompagnement de notre responsable de compte, Nicolas, qui est très réactif et disponible.

La partie administration du site web reste à mon sens plus complexe et parfois moins transparente. Une simplification de cette interface permettrait une gestion plus fluide, avec une meilleure maîtrise de notre présence en ligne et de la cohérence de notre image.

Globalement, Machinio est une solution sérieuse, en développement constant, avec une vraie qualité d’accompagnement.

Cualquier duda o sugerencia que tengas sobre la pagina siempre es atendida e incluso intentan implementarla, además la comunicación de las solicitudes de presupuesto etc es muy rápida y con un par de click es enviado a el cliente y por último y no menos importante el equipo que hay detrás atendiendo es impresionante

As a seller, purchasing their suite of products, was promised so many things, delivered on nothing! One of the big selling claims was how they would get my listings shown on the top of google search results...what a joke. I can put in my product, even include "machinio", and it doesn't show up at all. Paid their monthly fees more than 2 months before the website they designed for me was active....have 1000 listings and have recieved an average of 1 inquiry/wk. Meanwhile, getting sales on exactly the same products every day on ebay. My opinion, this company is scamming me. Meanwhile, they have me locked in a contract for a year. Save your money, look for a different option.
