Ordering online NIGHTMARE
The worst online shopping experience Iâve ever had.
I attempted to exchange an item, but the process was a nightmare. The company insists on "validating" returns (which is be mandatory) and provides zero communication until you threaten them with action.
I eventually cancelled the exchange and requested a refund so I could simply re-order. They ignored the cancellation and sent me a second unwanted item anyway. I am now stuck chasing a refund that is long overdue. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
