I was looking for a specialist cheese


I was looking for a specialist cheese and found it on this website.
Unfortunately I managed to make a complete mess of the purchase and had to cancel. The company were very generous and refunded my payment.

Good products, nice shop, very short date

I collected in person, and the store in Tunstall is nice, the staff seem lovely and very chatty and the products are well priced.
However my 5kg bag of flour has less than a month until the expiry date. If I made pizza every day for the next month for breakfast and dinner I’d still probably have some left over. Such short dates are probably okay for business customers but not much use for me.
Still rated 4 stars anyway as I hope to see them succeed as the only Italian shop in the area (that I know of).

Edit: changed to 5 stars. I didn’t realise whole wheat flour has such short dates compared to all purpose flour but have read up on it since your reply. My bad :)

We are only sorry that the 5 kg pack was too much for your needs.
We are sure that your Pizza has come out truly exceptional considering that you have purchased a 48-hour long leavening flour that is used by professional Neapolitan pizzerias.
More we would like that
Keep in mind that preservative-free and organic products all have a short-term shelf life.
We hope that next time we will be able to get 5 stars by offering excellent service for your needs.
