I ordered a Macbook Pro m1 2020 with excellent condition. I’m so satisfied with the device has arrived. Charger looks a bit tricky but device is in perfect shape! Thanks lads!

I ordered a MacBook on June 3rd, the wrong device arrived- I promptly (next available post)returned the device (wrong memory and storage) since then I've been requesting updates every few days to be answered with the same generic answer (we will get back to you in 2 business days) I called their office today to be told that the laptop that I returned (Unused, of course) has not been tested yet. This is appalling customer service. One star because I can't give zero stars.

I purchased an absolutely brilliant Imac, and I'm very happy with it and the seller. It's perfect for my business needs. With a speedy dispach and delivery too, I would highly recommend Mac Store UK to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

EXCELLENT service from your agent Claire. Well explained that iMac was coming from the Netherlands and would be a few weeks but came much earlier than expected in very good condition and follow-up with installation hitches when needed

The worst service ever! They do not answer regularly on emails, they do not want to solve your inquiry, just ignoring the questions about return even though it is under their company policy. I regret the day when I spent a cent on them! The worst! Avoid at all costs

Every thing about it easy to use a navigate!

The Mac itself is great, but the cable has a European plug and the operating system is one of the very old ones. I am sticking with my 15 year old Apple keyboard and mouse as they are a much higher quality than the one sent with the Mac.
Could have been better!

Excellent service, the description on the site had the iMac as grade A but when inspected was downgraded to a B, they still shipped after offering a partial refund and the B grade is only cosmetic.
Really helpful and communicative people.

The products were shipped and received in great time however a power cable was accidentally left off of the shipment. After contact they promptly shipped the replacement.

Excellent selection of refurbished iMac computers and great customer service.

Only a few days old but seems like an excellent product for the price paid.
