You accuse us of being scammers, but we have never stolen or taken a customer’s deposited funds.

Your withdrawal was not rejected simply because you completed KYC. KYC verification does not override fraud-prevention rules. Our system detected repeated activity involving multiple devices and repeated identity verification connected to free-promotion claims. These checks exist to prevent bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and identity misuse.

If a customer violates the promotion rules, we only remove the bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus. The customer’s original deposit is returned. We do not confiscate legitimate deposited funds.

Players who follow the rules are paid normally. The amount involved in your case is extremely small and has no meaningful financial impact on our company. This is not about the money—it is about enforcing the same rules fairly for everyone.

The problem is that you repeatedly tried to find every possible loophole to gain benefits from free promotions. After the system detected this activity, you accused the platform of being a scam instead of taking responsibility for violating the rules.

Before calling us scammers, perhaps you should explain your own activity first.

Our records indicate repeated attempts to claim bonuses using multiple devices and identity documents belonging to different people, without making any genuine deposits. That is not normal player activity—it is bonus abuse and a clear violation of our rules.

Withdrawals are processed for legitimate players who follow the terms. Accounts involved in multi-accounting, identity misuse, or promotional exploitation may be restricted after investigation.

So who is really attempting to scam whom here? If you believe our findings are incorrect, provide your username, registered email, deposit transaction ID, and proof of ownership. We will review everything transparently.
