What a wonderful experience! Seamless! Ordered 4 kitchen nook chairs & I am beyond delighted with the quality of product - robust, funky and exactly what I expected. From placing the order, using the on-line chat to ask a few questions (needed a bit of help), the brilliant response time, clear info, and having the chairs delivered - on time, by the most wonderful delivery guy....I highly recommend this company ....without hesitation. They are a brilliant team. I expect to shop again....

Been emailed twice to ask me to review the product I ordered weeks ago from this company . As the product hasn't arrived ,though payment was taken for it , I can only leave a poor review before taking a claim up with my bank . Shoddy service and behaviour .

Tracy from Mad Chair read my review and immediately emailed me , offering to post the order again or issue a refund . I chose a refund and the money was credited to my account within 24 hours . Great customer service , thank you , Tracy. Though I would have rather received my order from you instead .

Mad chair co made my sofa to my specific measurements and design. The quality is outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I even got to chose my own leather.
I had originally ordered a sofa from a big name company who took my money upfront but failed to deliver on 3 occasions.
After 8 months of waiting and still no guarantee of a delivery date, I got my money back and went to Mad Chair Co.
I had my dream sofa within a matter of weeks!
The service has been second to non and I've already recommended them to all my friends and family... I've even put another in for more furniture.

Just had my sofa recovered, mad chair have done a brilliant job, I would highly recommend them. Mine is conventional compared to some furniture they do, which I must say looks amazing.

Had a mid century chair from Tracy, and she reupholstered it in a beautiful pink velvet I chose. It only took a couple of weeks to arrive and it’s absolutely incredible. I love it, and could not reccomend Tracy’s service enough! Thank you.

Avoid like the plague.

After ordering a set of bedsheets I was very excited. When ordering I noticed that there was a 4-week delay, which was fine. Expectations had been set.

6 weeks later, I didn't hear anything so emailed the company. I had a reply instantly telling me my sheets had been shipped via Royal Mail, I should receive them within a few days. A week later, I still hadn't received my sheets and asked for a tracking number. I didn't receive a reply. After this, I looked at reviews of MadChair and felt I had made a bad judgment so got in touch with my credit card provider for a refund.

A week later a shabby looing package turned up from My Hermes... It was the sheets, which sadly did not look anything like they did in the product shots. The material was not fit for the purpose and they were not worth the money. I subsequently returned the item as soon as I received them.

I then received an email from MadChair acknowledging the refund which was accepted and also mentioned I could keep the items. I had already sent them back and wouldn't feel comfortable keeping them anyway.

Fast-forward a month later... my refund has been rejected... So I'm out of pocket £100 as I had to pay for my own return...

The whole situation has been upsetting. In the situation, I wanted to support a small business but have just been scammed... Please be aware before conducting business with MadChair.

I Bought a cushion as a gift and as it was being delivered realised I had put the wrong house number as delivery. Remy was so incredibly helpful in making sure the cushion got to the right address safely. The cushion itself is a great size, really plump and beautifully soft too. Loved by the person receiving it and left me wanting one of my own. Great product, amazing service, will 100% be back for more!

After my order hadn’t arrived for a while I messaged to find out turned out Hermes was holding it hostage! Tracy was really apologetic and got replacements sent out the next which when arrived were amazing thank you x

After eagerly anticipating the arrival of my Dom Mug, I was disappointed that it had arrived damaged (postal issue). The owner of the business Tracy then hand delivered me a brand spanking one the following working day. Could not be happier with the service and indeed my “mucky mug”.

Stunning restoration and upholstery of my antique armchair. Very, very happy and would absolutely recommend Tracy and the team. First class!

I had my parcel delivered 3 weeks after the dispatch day. I believe such a delay is not acceptable. In order to avoid such issues you better share a tracking number with your clients and also make sure that the company you warm with is a trustworthy one.

Ordered 2 items on October 19th, asked for an update and was told there was a delay. The next email I received was telling me they could not fulfill part of my order but would send the material sample I'd ordered as a gesture of goodwill.
Despite contacting them I have never received the material.
No reply to my last email, poor customer service.

I ordered my duvet beginning of November and I still haven't received it!
Very disappointed.

Great service and amazing products. Comms were excellent and responses provided swiftly when required. I’d have no hesitation in ordering from them again
