The customer service was absolutely fantastic, The glass we had delivered had a large chip out of one of the corners and as we hadn't noticed when we took it (The delivery driver did and took a photo), we only noticed it 3 months later when we went to install. I got straight onto them and in no time a newly cut piece of glass was delivered. 10-10 for customer service.

Quick processing of the order and was accurate that when receiving the product it fit perfectly.

Prompt service and helpful staff.
Good website for setting out measurements.

Love the website. Easy to use and informative. Have used this company twice now and excellent service both times.

Spot on, easy experience, would use again. Great service.

The mirrors I ordered were the perfect size and look great. The only downside is that due to how fragile they are we did chip a couple of corners when putting them up. They do warn that they are delicate and to be careful, however I was disappointed that sliding one of the mirrors along the J channel into position was enough to chip the bottom corner. The J channels were maybe the bigger issue as even though they are resting flat on a skirting board the mirrors don't sit properly leaving a gap at either the top when the bottom part touches or vice versa. We had to buy a different mounting for the top as there was no way the J channel for the top would have worked.

Excellent value for money, great communication throughout the sale & helpful during delivery - Highly recommended

So happy with my made to measure glass everything was so easy and perfect! Super easy to order and come really quick would definitely use this company again!

Glass and fixings were well made and easy to assemble ,quality product and service 👌

Bought for a cloakroom as part of a large house renovation and hadn't thought about smoked glass until I saw one on your website. I was originally looking for a traditional silver mirror, but I'm so glad I saw it! It now looks like a chic hotel bathroom. Good updates on delivery, which were useful for the fitters, and it was delivered in perfect condition. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service, very pleased.

We had a slight mishap with our first order, then our second but the customer support along the way was fantastic - third time lucky!
Great mirror at a super competitive price.

Easy to order , delivery on time schedule, kept upto date with order.

Fast efficient service, glass looks really goood, and Karl (driver) was a top bloke 👍

Made 2 measure I found to to be one of the most cost efficient companies when it comes to this line of outdoor products.
Coupled with that is great client handling from point of order to delivery.
I will be continuing to use them.

Absolutely bang on.

Glass shelves were perfect to the mm and look excellent. Website was so easy to navigate too compared to others.

Delivery was a bit pricey for what I got but I do understand that it’s a different service needed for glass.

I’ve used m2m several times on two of the October been shot of gaskets which is sent out within 2 days. On the last occasion the wrong cradles were sent out.

We measured the space in the alcove, sent them in, selected the glass options, paid and sat back. We were informed of the order status by regular emails. The shelves were delivered on time well wrapped. We installed them and sat back to admire our new look bathroom addition. Thanks for great service.
