Great arrangement

The flowers arrived on time in lovely condition.

I ordered a bunch for my wife. It arrived without issue

Service was good but was more expensive than Efflorist which I normally use.

Beautiful flowers and great delivery driver, called in advance to advise of time and when I had to call back to ask him to leave somewhere he was extremely helpful

delivered on the busiest day of the year (valentines) a beautiful bouquet for my daughter! she (and therefore I) was very impressed.

Had slight issue with my Valentines order and customer services resolved this quickly and it was greatly appreciated, thank you

Delivery on time and flowers were a nice mix of colours and went down very well with the missus. She was delighted.

The arrangement was fine but nowhere worth the money I paid. They did not appear as full ad the image suggested they would and didn't last the week.

Plant ordered was badly damaged on delivery, maybe this was down to courier or poor packaging.
Given 2 stars as delivered in time, however, very disappointed

Very disappointed with the arrangement. The flowers were for a very stylish person so I chose Mad Flowers for your beautiful artistic arrangements. The flowers looked as though they were plonked in a vase rather than arranged in any particular way. They did not look like the advertisement. I have photos.
