Paying for their mistake, not mine.
I got the wrong shirt that I ordered. The customer service was very polite and apologized in every email.
First of, no trust in customer complaint but needed to provide a photo or video to proof of the mix-up. I did the video. This was somewhat reasonable.
They were happy to pay the postal back to return the wrong item. But they couldnât send the right product in exchange and I would have been forced to do another order IF the product would even be available anymore. So I would have been forced to pay another postal payment of 25 euros? For THEIR mistake. Even if it was 5 euros it would be too much.
I have never complained about such things before but this was just not acceptable. Never buying from them again.
