Pleasant experience ordering from Mafson

Had a good experience when ordering from Mafson. I've had to amend my order and get an entirely different product so I had to make a new order. Got the refund for the first order after a few days and the products from the 2nd order delivered on time.

I paid extra for express delivery and 1 week later i still haven't received anything, having been told i would receive it 2 days ago

We really apologize for the inconvenience. As the package left us it's all up to courier then. We can only track them and push them for delivery in time.

What more could you ask for...

We were looking for a long Threshold bar and found Mafson had just the thing. I wanted a narrower width however after a phone call that was fine with them. It arrived the next day. So, brilliant friendly service. What more could you ask for.
