I have placed an order on January 6th and it still has not arrived yet. I’ve sent several emails but never got a reply. 72£ gone.

Ordered some magazines from this site and was charged £10 delivery . on receiving my order the postage mark was second class small parcel 1.45 KG which relates to around £2.99 . I have tried contacting the seller with no response . Daylight robbery comes to mind !

Books & magazines great, but the cafe upstairs is absolutely excellent! Food is innovative, well prepared and presented. The cafe area is clean and comfortable.
Staff are helpful and cheerful.
Couldn't fault it.

Recently visited store. Sam looked after me so well! He was knowledgeable about the products, professional, friendly and he’s a credit to the store! I left happy, with the items I was looking for. Thanks Samuel/ Sam

They have an excellent customer service and come back to you within hours.
They also asked me if my address was the right one because my house number was missing which is super nice.
Shipping did take a bit longer than they said but that was on UPS’ side not theirs.
I would definetly shop here again!
