Works really well. Very helpful on your form and really pushes you. Also excellent for bespoke workouts.

Good communication and delivery

This device is great. The prepared workouts are very good but I like it best for creating my own workouts so I can workaround a few injures. The progressive AI increases weight so always in progressive overload. It's fun to use so it is used!

Amazing support from customer service and delivery they pulled out all the magic to ensure delivery went ahead on Christmas eve. It truly is magic bit of kit with exercise options for every ability that increases motivation. Don't think about it just get it

I don't know about you, but for Yoga, Pilates and Stretch and conditioning, I need someone to tell me what to do, show me how to do it, and check I'm doing it correctly.
This comes at a cost.
Having it all in a click at a button in your home has been a game-changer.

For anyone considering purchasing the Magic product I got all 3. I can honestly say it’s the best thing I ever done. I’ve lost 3 stone with healthy eating and using the mirror every other day. The work outs are great and lots of classes to pick from. Overall a really good product.

Absolutely love Magic AI mirror. I workout at home, it’s part of my daily routine, but I wanted some variety… the mirror does just that.. so many class options! If you’re in doubt, don’t be 🤩

The mirror is very clever. It tracks you on most things and gives you advice on your form. The trainers look very real.

I purchased the Magic Fit mirror over two months ago and I regret every penny spent.
The mirror itself barely functions. I followed every setup instruction to the letter and it has never worked properly — connectivity drops mid-session, the screen freezes, and half the features advertised simply don't load. After two months of troubleshooting I've given up trying to make it work.
What's made this so much worse is the complete absence of customer support. I reached out multiple times across email and their chat, and was either ignored entirely or sent the same copy-paste response that solved nothing. No follow-up, no accountability.
Then came the refund battle. Despite the product being clearly unfit for purpose, getting a refund has been an absolute nightmare — stall tactics, vague responses, and at one point just radio silence for two weeks. A company that sells you something broken and then makes it this difficult to get your money back tells you everything you need to know about how they view their customers.
Stay well away. There are plenty of fitness tech options out there from companies that actually stand behind their products. This isn't one of them.

The Magic AI mirror is one of the best investments. ( in my care paired with the bench and weights ) I’ve made for myself, it’s amazing, there is so much choice of different exercises you can do and different instructors, so you can do as little or as much as you want at your own convenience, no pressure although it’s so good that’s it is quite addictive. The community hub is great too so you can share each others fitness journeys and get help and advice at any time. This really is a game changer and I don’t think anyone would be disappointed with this purchase. I’m Loving it 😁

Magic mirror is an amazing bit of kit. I was a regular gym going for a number of years but stopped going a few years ago. I have had my mirror for a few months. I use it nearly every day. I do a variety of workouts and classes and different lengths from 10 to 30 minutes. I am learning all the time (and aching regularly!). I cannot recommend it highly enough enough. Customer service is also brilliant. I had a problem with mine when the screen kept freezing. Paul was excellent. As the problem could not be resolved Magic sent me a replacement. I have had no issues since. All I can say is BUY one!

It does what it says, it saves me money and time I used to pay £10 for one Pilates class a week now I can do as many sessions I want in a week. I love it because you can choose to do upper body one day and lower another or you can do full body workout. There are different levels of fitness to choose from and you can decide how long you want to do your workouts for which is great. Customer service is excellent. Also when it’s not is use it’s a lovely mirror.

The mirror is excellent: I love the rep counter and the feedback about how you performed - it’s very motivating to see ‘perfect’ when you get it right!

The tracking can be a little hit and miss, particularly on floor exercises, but ad you’re still exercising I don’t worry about it too much!
