Honestly I think most of these views are false bad customer service spent alot of money with this company the items wasn’t what was showed when asking to return she stated they would need to be up to her standards or I won’t get a refund had to pay postage myself back, parcels was with her around 12 days before she opened it I had to resort into contacting PayPal wouldn’t buy again

Oh my this lady has the most special magical light beings - each and every one of the crystals are such high quality ✨ I have been collecting crystals since I was a child I am now in my 60s and JCs crystals are the best I have ever come across in all of my years of collecting - the energy that emanates from them and the care in packaging them is 100% - really feeling blessed 🙏 to have found her xxx

Absolutely fantastic company the information on the crystals is beyond belief that the lady knew exactly what mine, country and any other information which I have never experienced from any crystal expert.
she could point out in the crystal quality many qualities and also flaws, honesty was indeed a credit to her as how many companies work like that and gave you time to decide no pushy sales
and to know exactly everything I could possibly want to know about the crystal I bought and I have been back since many times
I can not compare the service, knowledge, honesty to any other. If you want quality at a very fair price go no further as you won’t get any better and if you take too long to decide I guarantee 9/10 the piece will be sold as the business is far superior to any others and again the quality is above and beyond

I’ve used magical moon a couple of times through her TikTok lives and JC is so lovely and the quality of her crystals are amazing. Everything is always well packaged and arrives on time. I am definitely going to be buying more in the future, there’s always something new each week so definitely worth checking from time to time.
