Magicman Holdings Ltd レビュー

Quoted £800+ to fix a burn on a kitchen door. This is why the uk is ruined. Absolute con artists.

I see they requested that I confirm I’m genuine. I am, so nice try in trying to get this review taken down. Also, I do not want you phoning me. I want nothing to do with your scamming company.

Tyler came to repair cracks in limestone floor tiles that we had put up with for years and had thought that it was just "one of those things". What a superb job he has done! It's faultless. He just came in, did the job, tidied up afterwards and left the floor looking as good as it had when it first went down 15 years ago. A brilliant, professional job. Thank you so much. Wayne

Was a great experience, good service

Turned up on time was friendly courteous apologised for the previos shoddy repair. When the repair was finished it was first class our sink looked brand new .I would highly recommend your repairman.

Engineer was brilliant and fixed a burn on my counter top. Took about 3 hours and he took a lot of care and left no mess. Highly recommend Magicman.

I have updated this review since 25th March when the engineer couldn't come because of an emergency. It was worth waiting for. Thank you.

I was not on site but from the response and speedy attendance was exceptional. The engineers sent many photos which was great. Work area was cordoned off and cleaned on completion. Very professional engineers

Prompt, friendly service

They did a very professional job on our bifold doors.
They were able to get rid of all the damage on the doors after the blinds were removed.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Really particular detailed took his time took pride in his work great job

Great service. Quick to arrange call out and repair. Highly recommend.

The specialist turned up promptly and did the most amazing job, fixing a large chip in a bathroom basin, it looks like new

They were very courteous and prompt in dealing with my furniture excellent customer service highly recommended

Very helpful service workman very polite and professional very pleased with job perfect finish

On time, nice fella, great job.

Quick, polite service. Dint in quartz not as noticeable now but not invisible due to speckled finish of quartz. Needed further sanding by us as it wasn't a smooth finish. Would still use service again as replacing the quartz would have been extremely costly.

Our first impressions were good - the main repair was carried out successfully. The repair man asked me to sign to say he'd been there to do the job. I was busy with someone else and commented 'I'm not even sure what I'm signing'. He told me that it was just to say he'd been to do the job and that if there were any problems I could get back to them. In better daylight the next day, we noticed a little white spot and white 'graze' in the area where he had been working. Via our glazing company, we asked him to return. We were told that, since I'd signed, they were not willing to come back. This seems very poor and rather deceitful practice.

Phil H the Magicman operative was very professional, thorough and friendly. The results of his work are excellent.
