I wish I had this knowledge before going into the workforce, as I felt like it would have helped me at the start of my advertising career. The Magic Sauce course should also be taught as part of advertising school curriculums. The knowledge here is invaluable for anyone in the advertising industry, and can also be applicable to real-life.

I loved the course. James’ experience both client side and agency meant he was able to give really clear and actionable advice for how to deal with both the complex and day to day client challenges.

It was really enjoyable and a great opportunity to meet people at other agencies. My client relationships are already benefitting, a huge recommend from me!

James has (somehow!) managed to condense his expansive experience into such an engaging and well ran course - highly recommend for anyone dealing with agency/client relationships and looking to amplify them. And you get a certificate!

James's course is a vital way to understand the value of Account Management, and the best ways to unlock that value for personal growth. The course is incredibly varied and engaging, and I think for me teaches the soft skills that make a brilliant account person, and by extension how to make advertising businesses function to their best potential. James uses a variety of teachings from his experience client side and agency side to bridge the empathy gap, and answer questions we've often been afraid to ask or simply not understood. I've already seen the benefit to my own career, and couldn't recommend this course highly enough/ will be sharing with my industry colleagues
