HORRIBLE Customer Service
Magma was a great software for my child to use... until it became absolutely HORRIBLE!! His account was suspended, because they believed he was under age 13. He is not. "Serene" with customer service was extremely rude to me and refused to answer my questions. It seemed she felt a sense of power in trying NOT to help. After exiting the chat, she contacted me via email (which is completely inappropriate and downright creepy) to tell me that she hadn't been rude and then make false accusations against me. Other accounts in our household have since been suspended by Magma as well. One of those accounts belonged to another of my children; a legal adult. A quick google search revealed that MANY others have experienced similar. Save yourself time and frustration; go with another company!
