Great T-shirts! I ordered a crop for a friend and the regular cut for myself. She loves hers! I had to exchange mine for a different size, but they made the process quick and easy. High quality fabric and well rendered graphics.

I purchased the stay calm tshirt, the print has faded so much that is now barely existent. Have only worn 5 or 6 times.

Very happy with my jumper. I did order a size too big. They were very helpful and sent me a smaller size. Answered my email. Will buy from them again.

This was purchased as a gift which I was able to see. The giftee lived the shirt. The fabric appeared to be of good quality, good craftsmanship, and true to size. The length seemed short but adequate. Overall, a successful gift.

The STAY CALM tank I received was of great quality material, beautifully sewn, and was overall well made. The size is spot on with their sizing chart, and the material is pre washed, so there will be no shrinking. The tank looks exactly as pictured on Magmoo’s site. Delivery was very timely. The item was well wrapped in two plastic bags. I received a quick response to one question I had from Magmoo giving me all the information I needed.
I will definitely buy from Magmoo again.

This website is completely unreliable and misleads its customers. I placed an order, and the package was lost in transit with a frozen tracking number. When I contacted their support, instead of taking responsibility and issuing a refund, they used dishonest tactics to delay the process, pretending to wait indefinitely for the shipping carrier. This is a clear attempt to keep the customer's money without delivering the product. Do not risk your hard-earned money here—this company cannot be trusted. I had to get my bank involved to force a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered, payed. And then everything went dark. No answer to my many mails. Just took the money and never delivered the product. Complete silence. Not a single sign of life in two months. This company is a scam

This establishment never deliver what has been purchased from them. Despite purchasing multiple items totaling a significant amount since last September, I have yet to receive any of them. It is strongly advised to refrain from conducting any business with this store. This store is a fraud.

They sent me a different T than the one I ordered, and the sizing was not accurate. When I contacted them they were very slow to respond and refused to refund or mail a replacement. Customer service offers no solutions and intentionally frustrates you in hopes you will give up. Garbage company. Don’t waste your money.

I would rate it a “O” if I could. It’s been 24 days and still have not received my order. They have my payment but I don’t have the freedom hoodie I ordered and paid for. I wrote 5 emails to customer service and no responses. I called the phone # and it’s disconnected. I believe after all the other responses I read it’s not credible. Who would think they would sell freedom (religious) items and take advantage of people. I am going to try and contact the head of the Charlie Kirk foundation for freedom and report them. I WILL NOT BUY anything on this site again!

I order a hat from them. It was shipped from China and took a few weeks to arrive. Shipping info seemed to lag. When they finally delivered it, it was not to my house but to a large company 2 miles away on a different street and different numbers. Luckily the HR lady saw my name and cell number on the package and called me. The hat is made with a super thin fabric so instead of being round like a baseball hat, it's boxy and has a large amount of space at the top that is all wrinkly.

This company is bogus! I should have known when there isn’t a phone number to contact customer service. Ordered a shirt in 9/16 and was told it would ship in 3-5 days. It is now October 3rd and it still hasn’t shipped! I have sent 5 emails asking why I’ve still not received it nor have they shipped it and NO RESPONSE! I was forced to contact my bank to dispute the charges & I have to now wait 5-10 business days to receive my refund. DO NOT order from this company! I learned my lesson for sure!

I am beyond aggravated with Magmoo. I ordered two shirts — only one was delivered (and I need to return it), and the second has not arrived at all. Despite multiple emails, I’ve received no response whatsoever. Yet, my account has already been charged for both shirts. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Buyers beware — you may not get what you paid for, and you’ll be left chasing after a company that doesn’t respond.

The print quality on my T shirt was faded and bad. Moreover size information was incorrect.

I ordered the product more than 3 weeks ago. The product is still missing. The support service does not respond regularly. You may have to dispute the transaction.
