Smooth purchase and communication with Magna HiFi staff. Item arrived well packed and intact.

Perfect product, perfect streaming sound with 98 dB Hornspeakers. In my opinion You don’t find a similar product for this price.

De klantenservice is werkelijk van een ander niveau.

Je krijgt persoonlijk maatwerk alsof je een maatpak aanschaft.

Of je nou net komt kijken of een doorgewinterde audiofiel bent , dit is de plek waar je moet zijn.

I purchased from MagnaHifi a Dac from manufacturer Audio Gd new model R1mk3 and i'm very satisfied with how well is packed(double carton box).Only slightly one mistake that they made is with color of the dac,they send black one instead of silver what i ordered but i don't mind that because i'm satisfied with the sound of the dac and i wanted silver only to match the color of my other components.That's why Magna, in the future, be more careful and watch what customers write in their orders, i.e. what color they order.

Magna Hifi provides a customer experience on highest level. Communication and service at its absolutely best.
The two devices I bought needed long time to burn in and still do.
