Be very careful and I suggest before parting with any money research Ross Jay (London) if he is currently still a partner or working there, he is a professional scammer who took me for all my children’s inheritance, he owns and works very closely selling off plan properties.
We lost hundreds of thousands of pounds. Tread with extreme caution

John, Hannah and Becky were all amazing and professional. The initial discussion with John was informative and to the point (not a sales pitch). He did not try to convince you to buy anything but instead provide you with information that helped me to decide whether BTL is what I want to get into and which type of properties would be best for me. Hannah was just fantastic,she checked on me via WhatsApp message regularly to see how I was getting on with the paper work. She would even remind me of emails sent out by the solicitor (incase I had missed them) and what i had outstanding to do and the time frame. Becky was also fantastic in checking on my progress and even arrange for a company to contactme in regards to setting up a limited company.they were available to answer any question I had no matter how simple it was.
