I never received the magazine IâŠ
I never received the magazine I ordered, which had published a letter of mine in it. There was zero tracking information and it was very difficult to track down contact details for the company. Really poor delivery targets too - 10 working days and still it has not arrived! Unbelievable! I have complained to the company and asked them to sort out this mess.
