Always love coming home to a nice clean house, and that’s what I get everytime. Could not ask for a better cleaner Kirsten is always punctual, polite and has fantastic attention to detail.

Lia is also trust worthy and feel comfortable to leave her to clean my unit when I am not home.

What a waste of time dealing with this company.
We have a special needsson had a cleaner turn up once in 13 weeks.
Someone always sick or can't come or whatever the excuse they could come up with.
A definitely WONT BE STAYING WITH THESE GUYS!!!

Absolute rip off company. Charged $173 (that’s with a $20 new customer discount) to clean a 3x1 in less than 2 hours. That’s $86.5/hour ($96.5/hour without discount). Absolute daylight robbery. Job wasn’t anything special, adequately cleaned but not at all worth the ridiculous price. Definitely NEVER book with this company.

Booked an ongoing fornightly clean through Adelaide office. First 2 fortnights were great, the cleaner was brilliant. So good that I wanted to book her weekly, but her schedule was too full. 3 scheduled clean, she cancelled on the day, and then also the following 2 fortnights she cancelled. Today, complete no show, no notification, just didn't show up. I would not recommend this company to any one, so unreliable.
I have cancelled my cleaning service with them today. Generic email reply, no apologies given.

Incorrect charging for service, increasing price of service without notification (multiple times), charging credit card for service prior to cleaning happening. Poor reliability 70% of the time regular cleaning needs to be rescheduled. Poor customer service.

I liked that most of the house was very clean. I did not like that there was not much information given before the person came (how many people, who was it) and the company did not seem to explain to her how to get to my building so she got confused.
Some simple cleaning was missing such as under the bed, corners, bathroom wall.
Also, although I chose the option I had 2 bathrooms, I let them know that I was actually a small studio so I thought they would take this into consideration and either give us a discount or clean better (she stayed there for 1:30 hours only).

WISH I COULD REVIEW WITHOUT STARS.
This business sends a cleaning checklist to the client. But the cleaners do not follow process.
WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Four hours and I HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM. They even left a bag of rubbish on my kitchen floor.
Was going to be a regular clean but WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. please be warned.

What a joke?. A cleaner come to your house and cause damage then lie like a hooker to clear her name.
You need to watch how they clean your house. Brought a new stainless steel stove, just for the cleaner to scratch the complete top. It was bad enough that when they damage the first hotplate, they are too stupid to stop. They scratch the whole stove top.
You don't have a claim, because you didn't vedio her cleaning your stove. It's your word against the backyard cleaner

It is always pleasing to see Mihaela at our place. She is true professional and always respects our cultural requirements. She is independent and takes her job very seriously.
She is always on time and will adjust to our requirements e.g. if i am having any online meetings She will avoid vaccuming near my study. Five stars too for her cleaning.
