I wish there were no stars for this agency.
Unreliable maids who are sent to work saying salary will be increased next month- without informing clients.
Where in the world salary is increased every month. Firstly you train them.
Maids from this agency are pathetic.
I have until January 2026 contract with them . Service fees taken fully for poor service. Kindly think properly and do proper homework before paying service fees.

I wish I had less than 1 star to describe my experience with these shitty people! I know writing a review won’t make a difference to them because reviews Good or bad describes your reputation but you can only destroy reputation for those who has one! The most pathetic and mentally harassing experience with this agency! I have been keeping maids ever since 2021 for 24 hours as we are working professionals! I have two dogs at home which we had already mentioned that they need to be fully taken care are they not just pets they are my kids! They sent a profile of one maid only after making a payment of 10k to them and I selected one option out of all the other stupid options I had got! The most immature and pathetic maid was provided to me! Later I sent her back because these guys kept promising the new maid will be arranged soon which didn’t happened till date and because of their own incompetency their stupid stuff started blaming me of not informing them about the care of my dogs as now they are not able to arrange any replacements !!and this whole transaction is only of 10 days! I asked to return my money back which they are clearly denying it now! I have cried the whole day yesterday, yelled my lungs out trying to explain them the situation and today again some random stupid coordinator called asking and blaming of the same questions!! I have never in my rarest dream thought that at a place like Mahim this can happen, where people can scam you! These guys are pure fraudsters they are scammers! Heena Patel (supposedly the owner) who I believe is not alive because the number I gpayed my money was this female’s number who doesn’t answer despite 20 calls, Nikita - spoke to me on day one and till day 4 of me sending the maid back and then vanished from this planet!! Karan - some dude who doesn’t have any manner of talking to people! Priti - Some random female who couldn’t even speak properly and was telling me to learn how to talk! Shanaya - The biggest fraudster who covers up for their mistakes!! This review is not to make any difference to the agency as they probably does these kind of fraud every single minute so it won’t make any difference to them! But for the people who shouldn’t get fooled like me for an amount of 18k…for me it was a donation but please invest at them only if you want to get mentally harassed!!

Very bad experience. Do not register yourself with the agency. They dont have enough maids. Firstly they will take your money, then later if you need replacement they will just keep on telling that they are arranging and will not send anyone. Feeling cheated. Do not hire maids from here. Let this agency close down for their bad service.

I wish I could give them minus rating.fake people , fake website, fake calls and fake agency. Once they take ur money then there will be no response from them.

Pathetic , frauds , cheaters.
They don’t have any good database of helpers. Once you pay the registration fees then jus send random helpers not matching your requirements.
In the end you get so frustrated as they change every 2 days n give up.
They will not even refund you
Don’t use this service as you will end up wasting your time n money.

Took a maid service from Maids in Mumbai . Really happy with the maid they provided us .. took it for household and Cooking purpose and got it same as per my requirements. Maid is very polite and decent . Thankyou team . Will surely give more ppl the reference. 👍
