Excellent communication and Customer Service.

Communications from Sara, Jessica and Ashley were top notch and they were extremely helpful in upgrading our old outdated machine to a refurbished model.

Replacement of existing franking machine

Our old Mailcoms franking machine started to fail.
Contacted them and was guided through all the option by Ash.
He gave very clear and good information about getting a replacement machine and also organising the install for us as quickly as possible.
Ash came and installed the machine very quickly and then gave us a demo on all the features.
Also thank you to Sara who dealt with all the admin side of the changeover.
A simply great and easy swap over, the new machine is also a good improvement on our previous machine. Can really recommend Mailcoms, great job.

Excellent support

We experiences a problems with our existing Mailcoms franking machine. On contacting them, Ash called back very quickly, and suggested a number of options to try to fix the problem.
When none of these worked, he arranged for our machine to be collected, and taken to Mailcoms to be fixed, despite being out of warranty. The communication from Ash was excellent, and he kept me informed of what he was doing and how that was progressing.
When the repairs were unsuccessful, he talked through the different options, and helped us get a new machine very quickly.
The support and communication from the whole team, but particularly Ash, was great and really impressive.
I would recommend Mailcoms.

franking machine dust free!

We have had a issue with our franking machine,
we are in a enviroment where there is dust, the
support technician Ash Masey came and sorted the problem out, nothing too much and service with a smile and good advise to keep dust free.machine.

Excellent and efficient

We use Mailcoms for our franking and our old machine was running out of battery so the team organised a delivery of a new machine and collection of our old one - Ash, in particular, was a massive help with the set up of our new machine and organising collection of our old machine.
Will be more than happy to recommend Mailcoms to others.

We had a problem with the franking


We had a problem with the franking machine printing labels, I rang the office for advice, they were extremely helpful over the phone, however, it did need a engineer to attend on site to look at the machine. Ash Macey the engineer who came was fantastic, really helpful, and got the franking machine up and running in no time, thank you for your ongoing help and support.

I had an urgent query regarding a Special Delivery last week and Helen came back to me with all the information I needed. She also set up a call with Ash to give me technical advice which was so helpful. So thank you to them both. Nicky was also great in helping with ordering more printer ink and it was delivered immediately.

Never have any issues

We have been using Mailcoms now for a while. My regular contact, Ash, has always been extremely helpful. I never have any issues, but any questions I have are always answered very quickly. To be fair, it has been an excellent service from the start.

RUBBISH SUPPORT FROM MAILCOMS

I asked for TECHNICAL support from Mailcoms. Their technician DANIEL JONES rang. He was incredibly hostile and very unhelpful. Started shouting. suggesting it wasnt their problem. Wasnt prepared to help - i managed to get the help on you tube

We’re sorry you feel this way. The issue you experienced was caused by changes you made to your own broadband and Wi-Fi equipment, which unfortunately broke the connection to your franking machine. This falls outside the scope of your support cover, but our team still spent time trying to assist.

Given the history of behaviour that has left members of our team feeling uncomfortable, our senior technician was under strict instruction not to continue a call if it became obstructive or caused him to feel personally targeted. Unfortunately, during this call, the conversation escalated to a point where he felt personally attacked, so the call was ended in line with policy.

Due to the repeated nature of these situations, we’ve now decided that all future communications must be made in writing via email. This ensures our team can continue to provide assistance in a professional and respectful environment, without anyone feeling upset or undermined.

We had an old franking machine which suddenly "died" , Mailcoms immediately understood our requirements and the urgency of our position and sourced a new machine in record time, turning round the paperwork by return.
