I've been a maildoso client since January 2024, making me one of their very first users. Over this time, I've purchased more than a thousand mailboxes and spent tens of thousands of dollars on infrastructure. The reason i'm still with this service is it's customer support. I'm a high volume client, which is probably why the team gives me special treatment, but i have noticed that whenever i ran into an issue, they found a solution for me. This makes me love their service. Highly recommend!

We originally moved away from maildoso last year (2025) after some blacklist issues and tried a few other oproviders instead. Honestly, that ended up being more stressful for our team because inboxes kept burning and support responses sometimes took days.

A few months ago we decided to give maildoso another try. Since coming back, thinmgs have been much more stable overall. We currently manage a fairly large outreach setup and the infrastructure has been running consistently without constant rebuilding or warmup problems.

It's not perfect of course, but compared to our previous experience with other tools, it has been easier to maintain long term. Support has also improved from what we experienced before.
