Voglio segnalare pubblicamente un addebito non autorizzato e illegittimo di 60 USD appena comparso sulla mia Mastercard.

Più di un anno fa, avevo già affrontato una frustrante procedura per cancellare il mio abbonamento e fare esplicitamente il downgrade al piano gratuito. Ad oggi, la mia dashboard conferma chiaramente due cose: sono attualmente sul piano "Mailmeteor Free" e la mia sezione di fatturazione dichiara esplicitamente "Nessuna carta di credito registrata" (No credit card on file). Eppure, in qualche modo, mi avete addebitato 60 dollari.

A rendere la situazione completamente assurda è il fatto che la piattaforma impedisce attivamente di contattare il servizio clienti per risolvere questo grave problema di fatturazione. Quando provo ad accedere alla pagina di supporto, il sistema mi dice che devo pagare per passare a un piano superiore solo per poter aprire un ticket. In pratica, mi viene impedito di contestare un abbonamento fantasma che in teoria starei pagando, ma che di fatto non possiedo. Questa è una pratica commerciale incredibilmente scorretta e ingannevole.

Ci tengo a precisare quanto segue:

Ho già bloccato la mia Mastercard e avviato una formale segnalazione per frode e disconoscimento dell'addebito (chargeback) con la mia banca per stornare questa transazione.

Considerate questo messaggio come una diffida formale: non esiterò a procedere per vie legali se ci sarà anche un solo ulteriore tentativo di addebito sulla mia carta.

Pretendo che questo addebito non autorizzato venga stornato immediatamente e che i miei dati vengano definitivamente e permanentemente cancellati dai vostri sistemi.

Me agrada ya que es muy intuitivo y me permite enviar mis correos sin ninguna complicación. Quizá el unico detalle es que demora un poco pero no importa ya que puedo dejarlo enviandose solo y apagar la computadora, no requiere mi seguimiento en ese sentido. Espero poder seguirlo utilizando bajo las mismas condiciones por mucho tiempo mas

I like it and great UI that I liked

I love the read receipt but gmail to yahoo there is no way for the email to NOT hit the spam bucket. Then there is no way to see if it has been read.

It's a great feeling to know that while I'm out in the field seeing clients, my campaigns are actively reaching clients and prospects and the performance date keeps me well informed about the results.

Made my work easier
It has a fair price, very simple to use, and it was paid off in short time. I work with sales, so it helped me a lot. Still trying different plans, but for most users i think the starter is a good choice. Thanks a lot, it made my work a lor easier. There are things to be fixed- avaiable quota for campaings and email to be shown in a easier way, and sometimes i think bounce shield could be better and the clicks i am not sure are counting corretly.

Poor customer service from MailMeteor. The company appears to be entirely based in India, which adds a real security concern when handling sensitive email data.
Responses take forever. It took 12 days just to reset my account. Every single reply was the same generic message about sending it to billing. As a paying customer, I was stuck waiting on a simple account change issue that should never have happened. After the 12th email, I told them to hurry up out of frustration — and they blocked my account for “indecency” instead of fixing it.
I had to deal with support 3–4 times. Every minor issue took several days. All agents used the exact same name (“Mary Pesquet”), which felt dishonest. I’m not in the wrong for showing frustration after this level of delays.
I recommend people switch to YAMM, GMass or even the Gmail built-in mail merge instead of this company. Horrible experience.

Empecé bien el primer mes y el 2do mes Gmail me ha bloqueado, ya no puedo hacer campañas, estoy parado.

i prefer a 4.5.
more deliverables compared to the other platforms i used in the past and price seems fair for the awesome job!

Straight-forward freemium resource
Its pretty easy to use and i love the tracking emails feature!

A veces no cumple con los Días y tiempos establecicos para envio.

I do not have a Mailmeteor account nor have I ever used the platform. My credit card has been charged 3 times by them and while I disputed it with my bank, there’s no way of reaching out to Mailmeteor support without having a paid account. I am unable to ask them anything about the account using my information.

All messages were blocked and not send.

Edit: 19 mails sent, none of them were ever received.

This Mailmeteor app is super powerful and convenient to use. I will definitely recommend more people to use this tool

MailMeteor has made my email life better.
I was doubtful on taking the subscription but then i took 1 month plan and everything was sorted. my contacts grew bigger.
