I use it everyday. It helps me communicate tremendously better than any other systems I tried before. The cultural angle, translations, intent and relationship is magic. It recognized the tone of received emails and suggests how to respond. Incredible helper for day to day, serious communication that prioritised respecting the person you speak with.
