We purchased a Mailso subscription and used the service strictly according to their stated claims and intended use. Despite this, our account was suddenly banned without clear explanation.

The most concerning issue is that after the ban, we were unable to remove our card details from their system. We attempted multiple times to contact their support team to resolve this and request clarification, but received no response.

A service that takes payment, blocks access without transparency, and then becomes unresponsive while still retaining customer payment information raises serious trust and compliance concerns.

We would strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing, especially when it comes to billing control and customer support responsiveness.

Verification is stuck since days

There is no support at all. All support ticket have been ignored and never been answered.

This is the worst support ever, the site has been down for days and the support isn't responding at all. I have to look for something more trustworthy than this fake business.

Their service only works for validating 1 email at a time. When you want to do more than that you have to pay, and when you do, the bulk email verifier feature DOES NOT WORK. I have tried all methods multiple times, it just gets stuck in validation mode and after a while fails, no matter the file size.

Also, I have to date not received ANY replies to my support tickets... I have written to them multiple times, no answer.

This is not a serious company, I advice not to purchase anything from them.

I tried to validate 17,000 emails at once, but it didn't work at all. I also tried to search for emails with an email finder, but that didn't work either. Can you explain all this? It's my first time using it, and I'm frustrated, even though with Lumrid I can get this service for free for 1,000 emails. Here, I tried 147 emails and it didn't even work. I purchased the Pro plan and saw that it was discounted from 48 USD down to 4.8 USD for the first month. However, when I made the payment, I was still charged 48 USD (two transactions: one for 4.8 USD and another for 43.2 USD).
But for 20 days after, no one support me

Ones star is already more then they deserve to explain this trash of a tool and people who run this scam wrapped in pretty paper. (fake data, inaccurate, no real verification happening)

Unable to cancel the subscription.
I opened a case 7 days ago before the renewal takes places to inform them, yet they charged my card and no one has responded.
Will have to do a chargeback.

Fishy!! I almost went to subscribe, then see it's $98 month , not $4.90.

They advertising that it's $4.90 month.

Scam. The files they send is the same file i started with and eats up your credit. Support does NOT answer and you have to figure it out on your own or just leave. SCAM

this software not working properly .. when i am uploading list it says list is in queue but after some time it get failed... so even after paying them i am not able to validate my emails ... and support is 0. no one replies even after 20 days of wating

The validation is simply not working. I upload a csv, it says validation will take a minute (the file is relatively small, 2500 contacts). Then the whole thing freezes for half an hour, after which i get an error. No indication of what exactly went wrong. The error message says that the problem is on their end, quote:

"Why is this list failing?
This issue is usually not related to your actions or the file you are trying to upload. Most of the time, the problem stems from a server-side error on our end.
To resolve this, we recommend re-uploading the list. If the problem continues after trying again, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for further assistance."

This wouldn't be a big deal if the credits weren't removed for failed attempts. But they are. You get zero results and waste credits on it. Horrible app

I’ve been waiting for a response to my support ticket since May 23rd, and as of today, I have received absolutely no communication from Mails So. This kind of delay is unacceptable—even for basic or budget-tier plans.

Email platforms must offer reliable support, especially when clients depend on their services for critical business communication.

The platform is indeed affordable, which may attract small businesses or startups—but the lack of support quickly turns that low cost into a high operational risk.

If you’re considering Mails So for professional or business use, be aware:
⛔ Expect no assistance when issues arise.
⛔ Prepare for long delays and no follow-up.

I hope this review pushes the Mails So team to prioritize support and respond to existing customers with the professionalism we deserve.

These guys seem to be out of business. No one is responding to support ticket requests. They've consumed all my credits and my lists have all just failed. They used to be real responsive and legit, now I think they may just be a scam.

Worked ok first day, now my account glitched causing me to not be able to use their API anymore (http error) and they won't respond to my open ticket. will change once they respond but until then I feel conned I cant run my campaigns

Scam website it seems. NO response to support. The platform does not work. Strictly avoid.

I can't cancel my subscription.
They deactivated my account, and I can't enter the dashboard account to cancel the subscription. After that, they keep the subscription activated to take my money.
