Poor attitude
Pity they have to park their trucks on the pavement in residential areas overnight
In response to their reply. They are NOT doing work in this area. The truck is used by an employee who regularly parks it blocking the pavement overnight

We apologise for any inconvenience our work may have caused. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We’re in your area to assist your neighbour with subsidence issues. Our JOG Computer-Controlled Grouting system is indeed designed to address such issues more efficiently and with minimal disruption when compared to traditional underpinning methods, which can take months. As a result, this advanced solution allowed us to complete the work in only four days.
