I placed an order on 11 May 2026, have not received my order. Sent a few emails to the store, sent message on their Facebook page, and still no reply. I expected better communication and service.

My purchase is now 6 days overdue. It's a birthday gift, so it's extra frustrating - the birthday is long gone.
I've tried contacting Sendle via their Chat line - utterly hopeless, completely useless, all you get is their Bot. I am really not happy.....

Hi Annie, I'm sorry to hear this. However we haven't received any email about this from you until we saw this review unfortunately?
This seems to be a Sendle delivery issue with an unknown delay. I have flagged an investigation with them via the tracking page so they will now investigate why they have such a delay on the delivery.

Faulty Product - No quality checking
Purchased a rope door stop and the rope was all undone-on opening. Have emailed but still waiting for a reply.
