I placed an order on 11 May 2026, have not received my order. Sent a few emails to the store, sent message on their Facebook page, and still no reply. I expected better communication and service.

We're so sorry that your serviettes didn't arrive in time. We shipped these out within 24 hours of your order I believe. Unfortunately sometimes the delivery times from VIC to WA can be quite slow - depending on the area.

My experience was great because…
My experience was great because everything happened as hoped it would. Easy to order, easy to pay safely, easy to pick up from my post office box. I was kept informed about the journey of my parcel and when it arrived, in perfect condition, it was all I expected it to be. Thank you everyone at Maisie and Claire.
