Maison and Garden レビュー

Product is great, the quality is fantastic and the delivery service was excellent. Five stars 🌟 all day long. Thank you

My ordered arrived on time and was in good condition. However, I needed to contact the customer directly - which was easy to do. It was simple to find the phone number and it was answered by a real human being. She was friendly and helpful, came up with a solution to my issue almost immediately and the the required action was implemented promptly. I would have no hesitation in buying from this company again.

Fantastic service, extremely professional, notified when promised of stock coming in by Alison in customer services. Alison updated me throughout my purchasing experience via email and telephone and was always friendly professional and went that extra mile to get my purchase to me as it was required for a special occasion. There was a slight problem with part of the delivery but this was personally dealt with by the stock manager Ian which was excellent. Highly recommend Maison and Garden. The product quality is also excellent.

Right product delivered and as predicted on time.

I’ve just bought two benches and I’m absolutely delighted with them. Easy to put together and look beautiful in the garden. Delivery and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

Second purchase from Maison, both have gone very well, would shop here again.

Fabulous service and Winawood products are just amazing!

Beautiful benches so pleased with them .they.stayed cool even in 37 degrees heat…saving up for my next one….the grey one is such a lovely colour…the white one is perfect..think I might try the green one next…

Great delivery, relatively easy to erect the bench although I had to use a proper ring spanner as the short spanner provided was not much use, very pleased with the finished product.

I really like the bench ,it’s very well made. and the colour is perfect, would recommend it ,
My son likes it ,dont tell him l might bye him one for his birthday,

They kept in touch from ordering through to delivery. Couldn’t fault them at all. Am so pleased with product now built up

Excellent product and very good communication

Arrived by the quoted date and was well packaged. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow. The assembled bench looks just like wood. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase.

quality product & fast delivery

Really pleased with my purchase. I bought the Winawood Sandwick 3 seater bench. Straightforward to assemble, I’m a 71 year old woman and I managed it on my own. It is very comfortable and looks great. Looking forward to many years of maintenance free use. Very satisfied customer.

Absolutely delighted with my garden bench. It arrived on time and was very well packaged. Amazed at the quality of my purchase, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other items from this company.

Easy to use website.prompt delivery. Excellent product made well. Very comfortable to sit on .hopefully will last years with minimal care

A good quality product. Being individual covers easier to just cover each piece without having to push them altogether. Ordering was easy and delivery was to the timeline given.
