Glorious jumper, and excellent service. What is so lovely is that you not only produce beautiful, reasonably priced, cashmere but that you do what you set out to do. You deliver when you say you deliver, you do not use Evri. Thank you so much, yet another successful purchase, and it will not be the last.

Qualità non all'altezza dei prezzi
Acquistati 2 paia di manicotti. Dopo pochi utilizzi hanno perso completamente elasticità e forma e si afflosciano arrotolandosi fastidiosamente. Inoltre hanno fatto pilling subito. Una sciarpa in seta e cashmere super delicata per cui, secondo l'azienda, basta sfiorarla e si smaglia. I prezzi non sono rapportabili alla qualità. Non acquisterò più. Ringrazio il personale del servizio clienti che comunque è gentile e disponibile nonostante la scarsa qualità dei prodotti.

La ringraziamo per il suo feedback e ci dispiace leggere la sua esperienza. Saremmo lieti di fornire qualche chiarimento in merito.
La stola a cui fa riferimento è realizzata in una miscela di seta e cashmere, in tessuto trama ordito: si tratta di una costruzione delicata, che può reagire a contatti esterni creando punti di tensione nel filo.
Per quanto riguarda i manicotti, essendo in puro cashmere, presentano una mano naturalmente morbida: con l’utilizzo possono risultare meno strutturati, pur mantenendo le loro caratteristiche nel tempo e recuperando la loro forma con una corretta cura.
Siamo comunque lieti che abbia apprezzato la disponibilità del nostro servizio clienti e restiamo a disposizione per offrire la nostra assistenza.

Great experience with MaisonCashmere. I special ordered a number of items and the team there walked me through the process wonderfully. Everything fit perfectly, was delivered quickly and was beautifully packaged. Really excellent experience.

The sizing has gotten smaller
The sizing has gotten smaller, or else the photos showing loose fits are misleading. Everything I ordered will have to be returned. I have ordered more than 6 sweaters in the past that were lovely and I was happy to be a repeat customer. But the 3 sweaters I ordered at Christmas for my husband were smaller than normal, but still wearable, but the 2 new sweaters for me just received are a poor fit, despite the fact that I have ordered those same sizes in the past.

We understand how disappointing it is when a fit does not meet expectations, especially as a returning customer.
Our knitwear is crafted from natural fibers through small-scale, artisanal processes, so slight variations in measurements can occur within standard production tolerances. In addition, each style is developed with its own intended fit, meaning the way a garment sits can vary from one design to another.
That said, our sizing standards have remained consistent, and we always aim to present each item as accurately as possible through our imagery and size guidance.
