The necklace I brought broke the first time wearing it. The chain completely fell apart out of nowhere.I have emailed multiple times regarding this and have had no response. It’s been 2 months since my last email and they have completely ignored me.

C'est la deuxième fois qu'il manque des articles à une de mes commandes. La première fois j'ai accepté l'avoir donc j'ai dû recommander.
La seconde fois ils m'ont dit que l'article n'était plus en stock mais qu'il me refaisait en avoir. Je leur ai dit que je refusais que je voulais un remboursement. J'ai l'impression qu'ils font exprès pour nous forcer et recommandé !
Sur trois commandes, il manquait des articles dans deux de mes commandes.

À ce niveau-là, ça s'appelle de l'arnaque.

En plus, la plupart des bijoux ne sont pas en excellente état lorsqu'ils arrivent.

Et ne parlons pas du temps de livraison.....

I absolutely love every piece I have gotten from this wonderful company. I’ve purchased about 10 pieces and I love everyone of them great quality, beautiful, craftsmanship and they look like real gold.

What great customer service and absolutely beautiful pieces. The prices are just perfect for the quality you get. I immediately put on my new earrings the second I opened up the box!!
Also I love love the energy cards you receive with your items. That makes this company completely different from another with a simple touch to brighten up your day 🤍

Placed the order Early January, it is almost the end of February and I still have not received the package. The original package they shipped took about 4 weeks and was placed carelessly on the street in new york city and was stolen. As no package protection was available and it explicitly states on my door where to place packages I emailed them and told them I would be disputing. They offered to ship a replacement package almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. Horrible customer service, i’m already aware most of this jewelry is drop shipped aliexpress scam, but they had a few pieces I could not reverse google image. Not worth the time, patience or money and I don’t even have the products. Save yourself time and order from aliexpress themselves.

The delivery took a very long time. But in terms of the actual items itself, it looks extremely cheap and not worth it for the price AT ALL. Shein looks a lot better. It looks like something from a jewellery making class with a child.

I love the jewelry from here! Each piece is unique and I feel caters to so many different styles and aesthetics. The shipping process takes a while but overall it feels like such a treat to receive the jewelry with beautiful packaging. The prices too! Affordable and you can earn points and there are discounts and sales often. What’s not to love! I will definitely keep buying from FouFou

I placed an order with Maison Foufou this past Cyber Monday because their jewelry looked really cute, and the product pictures were well-made. Admittedly, their prices did seem crazy low even for Cyber Monday, but I just let myself believe I lucked out big time on holiday deals. But I should've trusted my instincts as they are likely a drop-shipping scam company.

Unfortunately, I spent about $100 with them so of course I wanted my money back, but their customer service is a facade. When I emailed them saying I wanted a refund and that I DID NOT want them to ship my order, they completely ignored me and kept telling me "we'll ship your items soon" It was maddening. I finally disputed the claim with my bank, so here's to hoping it goes through. But yeah, moral of the story is: spend your money at trusted establishments only. Please don't impulse buy if you're getting bad vibes from a brand. If the prices seem too good to be true, it's for a reason!

To anyone who is considering purchasing any products from this company, please spend your money elsewhere. You will save yourselves stress and disappointment. I have placed the order on the 26th November and my order is still not even processed let along shipped. Company does not honer advertised SLA's and response of the customer services chat bot is bog standatd. It was the first and the ladt time I have tried bringing business to this joke of a company. You spoiled something wgat was meant to be a special gift for my family member. And you do not own up to it. The company is registered in Tokio, Japan. Have fun explaining to the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) reason why you are not SLA compliant. I have just filed a complaint. The penalties by JFTC for non-complaince with contractual obligations are $3.5k. Good luck. And, I want a refund!

Love my jewelry it’s durable and a good price point to look expensive! And they are great with customer service I had bought a ring from them the first time probably 6 months ago and sadly the stone fell off they gave me a gift card to buy a new one so I bought that ring plus 2 more! Couldn’t be happier with this company! Will be purchasing more jewelry for years to come!

Shipping was super fast, came after around 2 weeks and I live in Australia. But the quality was definitely subpar. I bought the Lou Turquoise shell cross summer golden necklace and the pendant is super light and flat unlike portrayed. The stones are obviously not real and the chain is super thin. It honestly just looks cheap but its still pretty so eh. Just not as good as they make it look.

I ordered a necklace for my niece. It took a while to get here, but this company was very good as far as customer service responding to any text. I sent them and assuring me that it was on the way. I received it and it was better than expected. I know my niece will love it. Thank you so much.

The quality, professionalism, and the variety of items they sell.

I received my order almost a month after placing it. I loved how the pieces looked until I took them out of the packaging. These are plastic silver and gold chains!! I was so upset I paid 30 bucks for each! what a rip off! they have not disclosed the types of material the silver and gold are made of. I'm so POd!!! If you don't care about the price, then have at it but it's not worth the cost.
