I ordered what I thought were wood slat panels because I had seen a video advert on social media and clicked in it. The website was selling the panels for less than £10 "only today" (down from £24.99) and free delivery over £40. I paid with my Amex card. Everything seemed legitimate and I even got a confirmation email and tracking number. The contact email was odd. Almost two weeks later I received sticky vinyl wallpaper rolls. I raised a dispute with Amex but the Maison Woods website has dissapeared, no trace on social media or Shopify. Amex is not accepting the claim since there's no evidence that the products advertised and the products received don't match (I should have taken a screenshot). I am reopening the case and keep trying, as it is obviously a scam.

Scam took my money and never recieved anything

Scam. Website doesn't work anymore. Order never arrived

Scam company. I have reported them to my bank. I was foolish enough to fall for it. Hope this revue helps people avoid the same mistake.
