I had crowns replacement procedure done by Dr Feras recently.
I am withdrawing my initial endorsement of Dr Feras Clinic upon discovery that Dr Feras had denied responsibility of his misdiagnosis and misprognosis of my condition. Furthermore, the Clinic has failed to issue me with the required Warranty Certificates. What is shocking is the non existence of any after care customer service.
When I attempted to contact the "medical consultant", Dr Reza to address my grievances, I was told by him in no uncertain terms, that it is not his responsibility, he had relayed my issues to Dr Feras and he has a lot of other clients to deal with. It is ironic that I don't recall him ever mentioning his unavailability before I paid for the procedure.
Henceforth, I will urge that Dr Feras Clinic remove the videos, it took of me, from Facebook and Instagram as they were posted on social mediawithout my consent.

My name is REZA from Montreal Canada , true social media I found majestic clinic in Istanbul Turkey , after sending all my dental records, decided to go and do my implant in that clinic , for your information I was amazed of the quality of materials and service I got from Majestic clinic , all the equipment new and professional and staffs are so polite and helpful. I personally recommend to everyone for dental care you should try Majestic clinic in Istanbul turkey.

Fuyez cette clinique, où avant de venir, on vous promet tout, soi-disant, prestations de qualités, mais en réalité, on vous trompe. Les implants de marque (Médigma allemands) notifiés sur le devis donc payés, sont échangés discretement lors de l'intervention (contre une pâle copie de Néodent). Avec un service de piètre qualité (j'ai une douleur permanente à une dent depuis l'intervention, que j'ai signalé, en vain!). En plus de la surfacturation par la pseudo responsable arrogante, les accesoires payés (abutements), ont été gardés. Enfin l'hôtel 4 ou 5* promis par messages avec photos, était un minable 2* très bruyant et mal insonorisé, à coté d'une avenue. En plus cette clinique me refuse le remboursement du trop payé.C'est honteux! Arnaque totale!! Ne vous laissez pas tenter par les belles promesses, qui deviendront vite un véritable cauchemard pour vous!
Un grand Zéro serait la meilleur note pour ces escrocs!

Really poor treatment, implants and crowns came off, constant issues with crowns and customer service was really poor. In the end they told me the dentist who did the treatment has left and as a company they are no longer responsible. This was within one year of treatment.
