They DO NOT offer any free trial, not even "money back" (We are always ready to help with solving your issue, but if you aren't satisfied with the quality of services, we are ready to return your money minus the days used.) or 24/7 support (To provide the best customer support to our valued customers, we offer 24/7 support. The ways to contact the support team include a 24/7 ticketing system, complemented by a live chat open for 15 hours.) as stated on their website.
