I bought an IPad in November 2024. It's in immaculate condition and just stopped charging. The Apple store confirmed that the logics board has ceased working. I have contacted Major Mobiles over 20 times via email and their online contact form due to the 2 year warranty. I have had no response. A waste of money, dodgy service and product!!

Shocking service – left with no other choice but to start a chargeback

I’ve never experienced customer service this poor before.

I purchased AirPods Pro 3 through Major Mobile and have had ongoing issues that are still not resolved. The worst part is the complete lack of response — I’ve sent multiple messages over the past month and have received no reply.

I’ve made several attempts to contact them and have effectively been ignored.

Because of this, I’ve now had to start a chargeback through my bank just to try and get my money back.

For a product at this price point, this level of support is unacceptable.

I’d still be open to resolving this directly, but that would require someone from Major Mobile to actually respond.

Hi I placed an order on the 5th March and it was shipped out , and was meant to be delivered the 10th

Now Royal Mail has declared my phone missing that the driver said it was stolen in his van and was told told to contact seller
I have sent numerous emails and even call the number on their website no response

I will be giving major mobile to come to a resolution if not I will open a dispute with my bank has the iPhone 17prom max cost me a fortune .. either major mobile send me a new mobile or send me my funds back so I can go purchase at a different trusted store

Update : MAJOR MOBILE ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AND MY IPHONE IS STILL MISSING

ROYAL MAIL HAS TOLD ME TO TELL MAJOR MOBILE TO CLAIM COMPENSATION and they are failing to respond to me!! Avoid this company by all means if possible

Yet again ten out of ten, absolutely the two best phone fixers, my battery was dying and my charger port was done!! They had fixed both issues within the hour,the price was very competitive and I even got a smile, really recommend to all.😀😀

2nd purchase from this fantastic company. Bought an iPad a lot cheaper than anywhere else and it was delivered the day after ordering.

A very good price! The colour I requested wasn't available, got a call to ask if I'd like another colour. I did and it was delivered as described. Came with an adapter outside the box as it was a two pin plug with the Ipad.

The description did not match the product. Ordered iphone 14 which clearly mentioned in the description that it has one physical port and one eSim.. While the phone we reviewed had no physical sim port which caused quite inconvenience to us.Returning the phone we had to loose £50 as the box was opened and had to pay for the returns as well.

Bought Mac Mini M4, 1 star less because it’s from US works perfectly fine. Just they should mention it.

This is my second purchase from this company. Very competitive prices and super fast delivery. Would highly recommend them.

Use with caution. I collected a "brand new sealed" iPhone 17 from their warehouse in Heywood. But you're not collecting from major mobile warehouse it's a separate fulfilment company. The phone I received was opened and box all marked. I went back to warehouse but other iPhones they offered me were also opened and marked boxes. I've checked IMEI number and apple warranty registered 2 months ago. Submitted a return request under the 30 day guarantee but so far had no response. If you're expecting brand new sealed units as advertised, use with caution.

Genuinely pleased with the fast delivery and service. Having ordered at a relatively affordable and cheap price compared to other sites I was worried but their swift delivery and wonderful service was above and beyond. Would buy again !!

Fast smooth and perfectly on time

I placed an order for a phone with the understanding that the delivery window was 2-4 working days, as stated at the time of purchase. The phone was urgently needed to replace my damaged device, which is critical for both my work and communication with my child’s school.
It has now been almost 10 days since my order, and there has been no update or response from the company despite my attempts to get in touch. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
I have requested the immediate cancellation of my order and expect an urgent response. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I demand a prompt resolution.

Good price, rapid delivery and everything as described, what's not to love?
