Super easy. Everyone involved communicated with me every step of the way. THis was a smooth and swift process.

Beeline refinance experience was perfect. I love how they've simplified the application progress. Then my loan guide, TJ, helped me every step of the way.

I have now closed on two homes with Beeline. Both times the rates they offered were unbeatable and they even closed early on the second home per my request. Feel so lucky to have found this company and both my loan guide Katie and my loan processor Corina were impeccable.

After a call with their agent I asked them not to run a hard inquiry on my score, after they promised not to they ran a hard inquiry that took my score down and will stay for up to 2 years. I have been trying to remove it for 2 month now and have been unsuccessful.. Stay away if you don’t want fraud on your score

For me I got to not only experience the great interface working with Beeline but also two of the staff members as well. My wife and I really felt that we had a solid team helping us through one of the most important and difficult times in our lives, buying our first home. While it can be intimidating going in we got to work with Andrew and Alex who responded quickly to our needs and we’re able to get us the loan we needed. This experience was awesome! Highly recommend!

I've worked with maybe 5 different mortgage lenders in my time and Beeline are at the bottom of the list and very much in my "Do Not Recommend" bucket. To be fair, here are my pros and cons. Pros: Beeline tools are really nice. Very easy to use. The process to apply is fast and easy. Cons: After application, Beeline became a large disappointment. The fact that Beeline is not the lender (they are at the mercy of the actual lenders) making Beeline more difficult to work with unless you have very straightforward situation. If you've moved or have lived overseas or have a mix of assets, then Beeline struggles. They don't really know how to process your loan because they are subject to the underwriting instructions from their "partner" and go back and forth with you, only give out partial information and are slow in all steps. My advice -- work with a full service lender directly and skip Beeline. Beeline's nice UI doesn't make up for the fact they do not fully process the loans. Beeline are at the whim of their partners so a loan could be approved and yet still change right up until the day of closing, making Beeline far less reliable. Strong do not recommend from me.

I was able to do everything with just my laptop and phone. Pretty cool way to do a refi.

We have been putting off applying for a cash out refinance simply because of the hassle with the whole mortgage loan process. Beeline is changing the game. The online application was easy and quick. From approval to closing was less than a month. Marlis was there from the start and would call or text us just to see if we had any questions about the process. He got ahead of any potential roadblocks so our loan process was free of the usual headaches. Thank you Beeline!!

I had an excellent experience with the Beeline team for a cash out refinance of my investment property. I shopped around for terms and found Beeline to be the best! The process was smooth and the terms and closing costs were excellent. I would highly recommend Beeline when looking to refinance an investment property.

Beeline is the best! Hands down! Not only that I got the best rate, I also closed within three weeks of locking the rate. Marlis and Abby were great. They even able to change the closing date at last minute to accommodate my request. I highly recommend Beeline for refinancing.

I am a long-time real estate investor. This was a typical closing cycle for this particular deal, right around 5 weeks. We were supposed to close on a Tuesday, but didn't close until 3 days later on that Friday. The seller in particular was really getting nervous that we would be unable to close at all much less on time. It really got nerve-racking towards the end, and it was much more stressful than it should have been.

On the other hand, the terms were great. We shopped 3 other lenders and they had the best terms. So if you can actually make it to the closing table with this lender, that's great. But if you want a smoother, on time closing, you may want to go with another lender.

Excellent lender for refi. Closing costs and interest rate were the lowest of all lenders compared. Process was very streamlined and both TJ and Abby were very responsive and worked diligently to get all info needed to close in timely manner. Closing was convenient and title company came to me.

BeeLine was everything they said they were. From beginning to closing, TJ was there at every facet to keep the process moving. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a simple, easy process. Thanks, TJ and team!!

Rebecca Mangopoulos was absolutely fantastic to work with! I have never worked with such an upbeat company. She was amazing. I have a horrible internet connection and mostly had to use the local library. For small documents she was able to use a work-around and keep me from an extra trip.
They gave me an estimated close date early on and were within 1 day!
We were able to close in our home.
Yes I would recommend this company.

I contacted them via chat to get a price quote since their online tool couldn't give a price. I also had an LE from that day I wanted to get them to match or beat. I was told I couldn't even get a quote without submitting a full application, let alone an answer if they could beat it. I obliged since I had just run credit for the bank I have moved forward with. I contacted them every day about what the best rate they could do and if they could beat my LE. I sent the LE to them 3 different times, each time with even better pricing as prices had kept improving. Every time I was told they still couldnt give me a quote as my application was in process. Finally a week later I got an email saying my application was approved and a quote. I immediately contacted them and asked about matching, I was again told no pricing was available even though I had just gotten an email saying it was. Another week of this same thing until finally I was contacted with pricing. I again told them about my current lock, which they had a copy of but was 3 days old at the point they contacted me. I sent this to them again, 3 LE's at this point I sent to them without any response on if they could price match. Finally 3 more days pass and I was told they couldnt price match because the LE was 3 days older than when I got the original email. Completely ignoring the ones I sent on the Day of the email, or even further before that etc... They had a copy of the competitor LE on the day of the application, the day of the initial email, and the day they called me. They stalled each time until the dates no longer met the price pact requirement. Their Price Pact is nothing but a scam because they will stop responding until it is outside of their guidelines. Don't waste your time on them, not worth the effort, should have known better than to waste my time and see if they could do better or expect them to follow through on their own words!
