It got a 1 because there is no spot for a zero or negative number. I ordered a nail clipper, said it was in the country in NY. NEVER received the item.

Product ordered in February. It's now almost April. No product. Just many updates about supposed progress. Disgusting. Stay away from this one!

Ordered a gift for a friend and never got it. They are asking me to get confirmation from the post office before looking into it. They sent it to the wrong town entirely and will not even budge on helping. What a scam

My experience is I never got the product and they’re making me pay for the shipping because they lost it still waiting for my refund something I never got since three months

Ordered X-mas gift for my Son 11/24/2025‼️Hover Balls…He has not received them as of today 01/23/2026.
Every tracking link I receive goes to another Shipping Company…ITS AS IF THEY AUTOMATICALLY ARE SENDING UPDATES & no matter how many Emails I send…

It also was a gift for my grandchildren and the post office told me they are scammers. It is terrible

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a horrible company with barely any customer service. I placed my order on 12/5/2025 and I still have not received my order - today is 1/14/2026. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandkids. I want a full refund but I haven't received anything. I have emailed customer service many times with no response. Save yourself a GIANT hassle and disappointment. Please stay away from this company! They are fraud!!

I placed an order for a child's Christmas gift over 5 weeks ago through a link on Instagram. Lesson learned on doing that. The website said 10 - 12 business days for shipping to US. Christmas has come and gone. I still have not received my order (turns out it comes from China), and the "customer service" department's response is to tell me to be patient and to send out tracking information that makes no sense - sometimes it shows the item still in China, sometimes it shows it in transit. On 12/21 it showed it arrived in Newark NJ (my home state), but the most recent tracking information shows it on a plane bound from China heading to who knows where. The tracking information is through a website I've never seen before and appears to be fraudulent. I recommend avoiding this company.
