The bloody scammers
I order it a month ago never use this company they stopped replying to my emails and feeding me with lots false information they should be shut down not allowed to still function

Same situation, Avoid!
First the customer service was great, reply to every email, saying that the parcel stuck at customs. But there was no evidence of sending it in the first place. It took over a month and since I want a refund the stopped replying. Obviously still no sign of the order.
Scammers.

This company took my money about a month ago and no sign of my items.
Couple of initial emails blaming Brexit 🤦‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ Nothing since.
I’m assuming they’re based abroad somewhere?
Just put in for a refund so hoping they aren’t scammers.
I would avoid them.

For me the same as for the rest of the people. I ordered a package a month ago. they emailed me twice that there is a delay due to covid. but I also order other things from different sources and I get it after 2-3 days. I would get a parcel from The Moon faster than with makeup. Never again.

Definitely not scammers.
Yesterday I got my refunds for 3 parcels around £100. There is some issue with parcels is difficult say why? covid, England left EU ??
Anyway, 4 stars for receiving my refund :).
My advice for everyone is If you are not happy you can send email to request refund instead saying scammers fraud etc.
Hopefully soon you going sort out problem with parcels. There is lots of great polish cosmetic probably is run by Slovakia or Ukraine managers, nice and pleasent people.

I've had a similar experience to other reviews. Placed an order for over £50 in mid April. Since then, I've had several email and phone conversations chasing my order as both DPD websites, in the UK and in Poland, said they received my order details but still awaiting the parcel. The company blamed the delay on Brexit and other unforeseen circumstances. The last update was that my parcel was in Germany but there was a delay at customs. At which point I lost my patience and asked for a full refund. I got an email back the same day and a full refund three days letter. It's been a poor experience but at least they refunded the monies, hence 2 stars. It's a shame because the selection of items on the website is second to none. As others have already pointed out, they ship orders from Poland which means, depending on the order value, if it ever gets to the recipient it might be subject to VAT and/customs fees to be paid by the customer. This isn't mentioned on their website either.

I ordered over a month ago and like everyone else I’ve been fobbed off with being told my parcel is held up at customs by border force and because of brexit etc.
They jump on the customer service 100% but don’t be fooled by this!!
I’ve asked to be refunded but I think I’d be better off contacting my bank fraud department and leave it to them to get the money returned.

very long delivery. no information from them. I still have to write. 3 weeks have passed and I still don't have the package and I don't know anything. never again

Big scammers lot of people don’t recived parcels I ready call bank to say it’s fraud company!!! Don’t buy and allways if somebody don’t have PayPal is fraud!!!

I Ordered in the beginning of May and still haven’t received my parcel . They sent me an email blaming Brexit for delays but they can’t provide tracking number as a proof that my order has been shipped. Avoid avoid avoid.

Scammers! I ordered a body cream more than a month ago. They sent a few emails blaming Brexit and the new regulations. All lies. I have a business too it takes 3-5 days to deliver an item in Europe from the UK. Don’t buy from them!

I was naive and placed an order from this site without checking them out first unfortunately. It's almost a month now and I haven't received my order, the company claim although they sent it more than twenty days ago it hasn't left their country yet and they blame Brexit for this although I send and receive plenty of stuff from Europe and a week, or two maximum is all it takes. They can provide no tracking information or proof that it was ever sent. I am trying to get a refund now but don't have much hope as it seems like it's all a scam. I think my best bet is to contact my bank to see if they are able to get my money back. Do not risk buying from this site you will regret it!!

LIKE EVERYONE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVES! AVOID BUYING. I only found out once my package didn't arrive and I looked into the company. Contact your bank to try and get your money back.

I am reporting makeup UK for fraud! Law breaking company. Avoid like the plague! Loads of negative reviews on other sites which I wish I’d seen before buying from this terrible Poland based company. You’ll never receive your paid for goods from this company. Just a load of rubbish saying they are contacting the courier DPD and they will let you know what DPD say.

Same as below - ordered 23/04 - continually told that my tracking will be visible once it crosses a border...the DPD reference states they haven’t even received the parcel. Incidentally I was continually asked if I wished to cancel my order whilst simultaneously being told it was in transit for around 3 weeks?! Avoid avoid avoid!
