Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! Overall it would be an alright site,but the moment you have any issuses,and need assistance everything falls apart- the customer service is unhelpful,brash and ignorant. Buyer be wary!!

Warranty and repair not complied with

I bought a hairdryer which broke while still under warranty. They picked up the hairdryer through parcel delivery service and undertook to return it after the repair. Three months have passed and still no sign of my hairdryer, either repaired one or a replacement, and the customer service only sends generic mails where they are thanking me for my patience and that they will deliver it when ready.
As for the reply from makeup.hr to this review, I have exchanged 22 e-mails with makeup.hr since May concerning the issue, the last one a month ago, in which Customer Service was ensuring me (again) that the will "escalate" the case and send me repaired hairdryer or a replacement. Still waiting.

They sell used makeup

They sell used makeup! In my case it was a pressed powder foundation that had obvious brush marks on surface, top layer was all used up and packaging was full of fingerprints.
And they refuse to accept the return because the powder was used, even though they sold it like that. Avoid them at all cost!

Naručena roba i obečan je poklon uz narudžbu, nažalost taj poklon je totalna prevara jer nikad nije stigao, a kada ih nešto pitaš daju totalno blesave odgovore, žele te napraviti ludim. Bolje ih zaobići.

Pokloni su dio posebnih promocija i ponekad se rasprodaju ranije nego što je planirano – o tome uvijek nastojimo obavijestiti klijente, no ispričavamo se ako vas u ovom slučaju nismo na vrijeme informirali. Horrible experience

I have bought a lot of perfumes from makeup, about 400 eur worth of perfumes and makeup, and I have to stress that their customer service and return policies are atrocious.

When I received damaged goods it took a very long time and some persuading for them to organize a courier to pick up the item in Croatia. Then when I wanted to return unused items, all of a sudden they cannot accept deliveries to a Croatian address I have to send it to Poland. So I pay to have it returned to Poland but, surprise surprise, the package is returned by customs saying I cannot send perfumes. This has never happened before, not once.

So I cannot return the parfumes and I have paid 15 eur for delivery to Poland. Still waiting for a partial refund on that.

Oh and the number they have on their website is disconnected, you can only contact them by email.

My suggestion is to stay away.

I have to write another review of this ridiculous shop because they contacted me again. And the only reason they contacted me was because of the trustpilot review.

Firstly they accuse me of saying something I did not, I explain that they should read the email I sent and realize their mistake. After that, no apologies and they offer a courier.....

I asked for a courier when I wanted to make the return in the first place because their website clearly states that they will organize a courier for returns. But the first time I asked for that, they said that I need to send it to Poland.

You can imagine the anger and confusion, all of a sudden they are ready to send a courier. I told them OK, but I removed the cellophane because I did not expect to hear from them nor did I expect a courier, which they denied me previously. I have all the e-mails with pictures of the unopened items when I was sending them to Poland before they were returned to me for a confusing reason. Still waiting for a refund from the post office.

And suprise suprise, because i removed the cellophane, they wont accept the return!?!?! This experience with this shop and customer service has been horrible.

They contact me, offer me a courier because of a review but would not listen to me when I asked for courier at the beginning. And then they deny me a return because of a situation they created.
