I have always wanted a water distiller as all my friends have one. I finally got mine from water pure and i could not sing their praises higher enough. They andwered all my questions, delivery was quick and the water distiller work great! i cannot believe what it has removed from my tap water. yuck! thanks guys

I am still waiting for a response to my email sent 26th January . It’s now 4th February 2022.

My brand new water distiller has arrived but NO GLASS NOZZLE or spare carbon filter . I’ve been without a distiller for weeks now.
I can’t use this product and yet they have my money but I don’t have a product that works .
I have waited for over a week now and there is still no response to my original emails or recognition of subsequent messages .
It’s awful being a new customer and having the stress and time of writing emails not knowing if you’re going to get a reply . Totally fed up disappointed.

Excellent next day delivery as I paid a little extra for this service.

The only thing I am very disappointed with is the poor customer services as there is no telephone number to contact the company. There is an email support which they are supposed to respond within 24-72 hours. There is a WhatsApp number for prospective delivery information but not for enquiries.

I am awaiting a stainless steel nozzle and cannot use the product which I purchased from you last week. I have spent over £200.00 (which includes a 3 year warranty and extra jug) but am awaiting a reply which is taking far too long - it’s been 5 days now!

I see I am not the only customer who is disappointed with the lengthy time it takes for a member of your staff to get back to the customer. Please could you open up a dedicated customer service phone line which would be beneficial for your business and greater customer satisfaction as at the moment you are destroying and self-sabotaging your brand and business.

Update - I have been contacted by the company and the stainless steel nozzle will be despatched today.

Unfortunately if you buy a water distiller from this company
It's unlikely when there is an issue that anyone will get back to you.
They have no contact number o customer support.

I purchased a water distiller recently and it broke after the first use.
I emailed their customer support and received an automated response saying that I'm in a queue and will be contacted within 24-72 hours.
Over a week and still no contact.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
It's an expensive waist of time.

Bought a water distiller as a Christmas gift for my mother in 2020. She loved it, looked after it well as per the instructions and even recommended it to friends. 12 months to the day she received it, the distiller started tripping the electricity in her home whenever switched on. I contacted customer services for her as it still had another year left on the warranty but customer services are not helpful in the slightest. It turns out I had the same copy and paste response everyone else seems to have suggesting I buy a replacement seal from them and try again. £12 spent on a seal, still an unusable safety hazard and customer services are not answering my emails.

If the company are confident enough to provide a 2 year warranty, I don’t understand why their customer service is so lacking and they seem unwilling to accept that maybe there’s a flaw in their design/manufacturing. I will certainly never buy any of their products again and my mother has already warned those who she had originally recommended to.

The distiller was working for 8 months, then one night I turned on the machine to do it's thing overnight, as usual, and in the morning the jug was only about a third full. The machine processed that 1/3 of the water then stopped working. I immediately submitted a support ticket to the company, their automated reply said could take 24-72 hours for a reply. It's now been 4 business days (+ the weekend) and I still have not heard from them. The machine is under warranty. I'm very disappointed.

Other than the machine dying after 8 months, I really enjoyed the distilled water. Once I started drinking it I found I really didn't want to drink even the 5-stage purified RO water that I had been drinking. So I think the water quality is good, and I have measured it with a TDS meter.
Even when distilling the extremely hard tap water (I normally use RO water but tried the tap water as an experiment) with 1700+ ppm and the distilled water was slightly higher ppm than with RO water, but still very acceptable. The only issue with using water that mineralized is cleaning up the mess it makes inside the distiller tank after every batch. It's time consuming and messy to clean up. But in a situation where all I had access to was the tap water I know the machine is going to produce water I won't hesitate to drink, it would be a life saver. But again, if the machine craps out when you need it the most how well the distiller works is a moot point.

Makewaterpure always pull it out of the bag. Always impressed with the quality and robustness of their products and will continue to be a customer.

I purchased an Ice Machine from Make water pure including a four year extended warranty, My ice machine stopped working in November 21, on the positive side, they have now given me a new replacement ice machine!
On the negative side, No Phone Contact to Customer Services, only by email, which takes days to reply!
With an improved Customer Services Procedure, I would give them 5 star!

I bought a waterpure distiller well over a year ago, and I have never looked back. It certainly cleans all the grime from tap water. The first thing I noticed was the taste of the water; it's refreshing and light. It's better for your health
I would recommend it as essential item to have in your kitchen

I bought a distiller in July 2021 and was over the moon with the taste of the water. My houseplants love it too and turned from struggling weak specimens to flourishing lush plants. This week my unit developed a problem on Wednesday evening, I used the online form to contact the company and had an automated reply straight away acknowledging receipt saying my query would be answered within 24-72 hours by email, this morning Friday 3 Dec. 2021 a brand new machine arrived by courier, no hassle, no stress this I call customer service! I was surprised when I came to trust pilot to write a review at some of the responses as I can honestly say they have been amazing and I really love the water this produces.

Bought a distiller back in September 2021 and was very happy with it until I noticed a pool of water underneath and after looking carefully at it realised the top of the boiler chamber was cracked - so we took pics and sent them off asking for a replacement boiler - expecting a swift response as we have a three year guarantee- no response - not even an acknowledgement email - I contacted again this morning but so far have no response - they do not supply a phone contact number and am becoming very suspicious and frustrated- and after reading other reviews of the company making no contact with their customers I am becoming angry as a YouTuber I trust recommended this company - I will be getting in contact with him and request him to stop his recommendations. I don't expect something to fail so badly when water and electricity are involved and within two months! - very disappointed and will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back

Customer service is in the gutter. This is my own fault as if I had paid more attention prior to purchase I would have seen that this company do not publicize their phone number, in my book this is always a bad sign. When I emailed them before purchase with my questions they replied within 24 hours. Now I have purchased they are ignoring my emails even though I have raised 3 ticket numbers.

The actual distiller works fine.
But
I purchased and extra glass jug and neither of the handles (which you have to assemble yourself) fit as they should, The metal straps that surround the jugs are too long and therefore when in place are too loose and cannot be tighten further, and also the lids don't fit properly. This makes it impossible to pour the water safely, this should be especially important because 4 litre of water in a glass jug is pretty heav.y
I paid for 3 years of extra carbon filters which were missing from the order at a cost of £20.

All in all a very disappointing experience.

I have lost patience and will call my credit card company for a chargeback.

Waited two weeks for delivery as they were out of stock. When finally arrived, the distiller stainless steel bowl was badly assembled with large gap between body and bottom cover and dangerously exposing the electrical wiring.
Looked immediately to contact the company but no tel. no. nor email on their website, only to contact through their website form (that you don't have a record of, except for taking a screen shot).
first attempt no response, second attempt no response (except for automated 'ticket issued followed by nothing!)
Third attempt- success, a real answer followed by a new replacement bowl posted.
All together three weeks from order to having a functioning unit. Not acceptable.
Have been using it for two days, works fine.
Overall great distiller but poor service.

Ordered a distiller from make water pure on 4 th October , ordered for next day delivery , it didn’t arrive until the 8 th October , no email from them to say it was out of stock
Used the distiller once to cleanse it as directed in the instruction booklet, next morning I came to switch it on and the distiller was dead , I emailed them and I was told to isolate the fan part of the distiller from the base , The fun part was working but when it was put back to the base and plugged in , it wouldn’t work I emailed a number of times and one time I was told that if I sent it back and it wasn’t faulty hello if I was follow the instructions I cannot see how I could be in anyway to blame for it not working I was told I would be charged for an engineer and also have to pay the postage I have now emailed over three times asking for a prepayment label to return my order as this has been a nightmare from the start but I’m getting no responses at all to my emails , my only regret is I didn’t cancel my order straight away when it didn’t arrive the next day in my opinion they have zero customer care and definitely a company I will not be going near again

I purchased a water Distiller a few years ago from make water pure. I did have a couple of teething problems initially which Make Water Pure sorted out straight away for me which gave me a lot of confidence in their support structure. What I didn't expect and came as a very pleasant surprise was when I emailed their support and asked them if they could help with the problem of my Distiller switching off after 5 minutes. Now remember I have had this machine for well over 3 years and it was definitely out of warranty so you can imagine my pleasant surprise when they asked for my address and within 2 days they had sent me a brand new Distiller. This speaks for itself and I can't thank them and recommend them enough. 5 Stars does not do them justice in my opinion. I would give them 10.

The water dispenser after few uses turns brown and the contaminates cannot be cleaned but remain in the machine giving a metallic taste.only the dispenser can be cleaned and the brown stains from contaminates come bacj in the dispenser till the next cleaning cycle as wiping doesn’t get rid of them. The fan chamber with all contaminates cannot be cleaned only wiped which doesn’t remove the contaminates.Had to stop using it as my sons stomach was always upset. Cannot be good for health when the contaminates remain in the machine. Been trying to get refund. Very disappointed would never have bought if I had known.

It leaves a metallic taste. If you boil water in a pan, you can clean the pan to get rid of the contaminates. There is no way to clean the chamber where the contaminates build up. And the main chamber according to instructions has to be wiped or washed away but after few uses the brown doesn’t come off so the contaminates remain till the next cleaning cycle which is 2-4 weeks. So after few uses it’s all brown. I am not here to leave misleading reviews but am a genuine customer who is very disappointed with the purchase and your response. The distiller is not fit for the use and not of satisfactory quality. After a month of use we had to stop using because it was upsetting my sons stomach. I asked for a refund but no response.

Just amazing!

My wife spent her childhood in the mountain area, with spring water direct from natural sources. When she test it, she remembered the taste. Don't forget that we (human body) are 70% water.

The water filter machine makes the most disgusting, burnt, dirty water I have ever had the misfortune of tasting and I could still taste the chemicals it was supposed to remove. I purchased it direct from the manufacturer at makewaterpure.co.uk and followed to the letter the instructions for use. Every time I used it the bottom of the machine was brown and the water tasted burnt. I complained about this issue and was told this was a normal process due to the boiling of the water prior to filtration. They told me to ensure the filter was inserted which of course it was. To be sure, I cleaned the machine with the product supplied to remove the brown gunk, changed the carbon filter then tried again. A total waste of time and when I complained again I got Zero response.
Please DO NOT waste your money on this product.

I love my distilled water, and I love the machine, it's portability and convenience are great.
However, I needed to replace the fan unit last year due of corrosion (even though I dried it with a towel every time). I wonder if another material would be better?
Also, the screw attached to the bottom plate has broken off the base, so now I need to purchase a new unit after only 18 months.
Still, it's a small price to pay for such great water :)
Also, My usage is HUGE - three times daily, so I understand that this damage is to be expected.

The distiller I purchased 9 months ago has failed. It is supposed to have a 2 yr warranty. I’ve contacted the company via their online contact form twice and once by email to give them an opportunity to rectify this matter. All communication has been ignored, despite the fact they’ve had over a week to respond.
