Plugin not working at all

Plugin not working at all. its been a month already still they haven't resolved the issues yet and giving the irrelevant reasons. Very horrible and our time wasted completely.

We've gone to your tickets issues and found that the issues which you're facing is not occurring in our plugin and its a issue because of the FedEx API, our team is reviewing the issues occurring by this, as soon as we get the solution we'll release the version with the updates.

One of the worst service given plugin…

One of the worst service given plugin wont work, support is pathetic they won't respond to email just one of the horrible experiences i had ...

I strongly suggest not buying anything from them.

MakeWebBetter clarified some fairly complicated settings for me to make the gift card experience work on a new website. The client will be thrilled that they can have gift cards used either online or in their physical store!

Exceptional support!

I'm testing the MakeWebBetter subscription plugin. It is still too early to review the software as I am still testing it.. but i would give an excellent rating to the support that responds instantly through the site's chat. as if there was a direct relationship between customer and developers .. Really good!

Perfect Support! The support team are always ready to help on live chat! I had an issue with my settings. A guy from MakewebBetter team popped up on live chat and gave me solution is just 5 minutes. Very professional!
