Beautifully crafted, well made PERSONAL puzzle! Great gift to one of of my Virtual Cook Along “regulars”! She loved it! Working with you was easy - you were responsive and very accommodating.

Outstanding communication, good templates and guidance with image resolution, excellent quality, and super prompt tracking and delivery! Thank you! Highly recommended to others!

We are putting the puzzle together now and are very pleased with the result, cut and fun of the puzzle! I was also very pleased with delivery time after the order. I had this well within the week that I ordered.

Speedy and beautiful.
We gave a collage puzzle to our son and his fiancee for an engagement gift. They have yet to put it together, but my puzzle-loving son immediately opened it to "check the quality of the puzzle pieces" and he was happy.

Great customer relations. Great product. Prompt delivery.

Thank you! Customer service was so helpful in fixing a problem and puzzles turned out great!

I’ve ordered a few puzzles from this company & have always been very pleased with their customer service & of course, the products, too.

Puzzle perfect!!!!! I am so happy!

We got it in the end and it looks fine! So thank you.

This is the first time that I customized a puzzle. It was fun and got it quickly. It is of good quality. I got a 1000 piece puzzle with 64 photos of foursomes out on the golf course, many drinking birdie shots. The puzzle was like 17 inches by 26 inches, Should have been bigger, but when I customized and then ordered it, I did not take that into consideration. Next time I will as the individual pieces were quite small.

Great customer service and high quality puzzle!! I emailed customer service at 11:00 pm on a Saturday, expecting a response Monday. To my surprise I received a response within 15 minutes. I was wanting to upgrade to express shipping to make sure I received the puzzle by Mothers Day since I procrastinated on ordering. They told me no need to and I would have a my puzzle in time. I ordered mine late Saturday night and received on Wednesday. My wife was very surprised and loved her special gift!

I was so impressed by the customer service I used this example in my weekly meeting with my employees!

Easy creation, excellent execution. The puzzle image creation process was simple and direct. The puzzle was crafted and shipped out within 5 days, and I received it quickly. The pieces are solid with vibrant colors. Would recommend.

Nice puzzles, quick service

delivery on time. Gift not yet opened

Beautifully defined picture, not warped by the raised look around the cuts of pieces like some puzzles.
We used our favorite picture from our wedding and it's been a joy and connecting experience to recognize people from that day by small parts of what they were wearing, a piece of the smiles on their faces, etc. Also hilarious to "put my mom together."

The website is easy to use. Uploading pictures is fast and easy. Being able to adjust the photos was quick and painless lol

Great quality. Speedy service, Sharp colors. Tight interlocking pieces. Frame worthy.

I ordered my first custom puzzle from some landscape photos I had taken in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks. I'm very pleased. Good quality puzzle with pieces of all different shapes. Some of them quite unusual. This made for a cool experience putting the puzzle together that my wife and I really liked. It also arrived very quickly after ordering which surprised me. Being able to customize the box a bit was a nice touch too. I have only one minor suggestion. It's be nice to include a sheet in the box with the image printed on it to use as a guide. I find that a bit easier than using the picture on the box cover. I know that might be a slight up-charge, but maybe it could be a $1 add-on option or something when ordering. It's a minor thing though.

Bottom Line is I loved it and no regrets at all.
