When paying the PRS charge via the website I received a notification that the payment had not occured due to system error and was asked to try later.
Instead of trying later, I paid by bank transfer only to find later that both payments had been take. We are currently in the process of asking for a refund.

My renewal reminder arrived in good time for me to renew and the increase in cost was very reasonable.
My only area of concern is your website which is difficult to navigate and seems to lack a logical structure.

I was disappointed that my email address had disappeared from your system and so had not received communications from you for a considerable time, including membership renewal etc, which as Treasurer I am responsible for, and this had not been picked up.

We have received a huge amount of support from Making Music recently and each time we have contacted a member of the team they have responded with prompt efficiency.

Fantastic platform for showcasing what we do as a choir, including any voice vacancies we may have, and a great place to list future events and concerts. I have had no trouble in updating our profile pages as the system is quite intuitive; if there have been any issues or difficulties, a member of MM is always quick to answer emails.
