Yes, we have over 5000+ sterling silver charms

Yes, we try to make the photos as clear as possible.

RE fittings Yes, most of our charms are traditional with a jump ring and with the fitting selector, you can choose a bead fitting for most Pandora Moments bracelets or for a Thomas Sabo a 9mm lobster clip fits most.

I think I do remember you, but around Christmas, my brain starts to get a little fuzzy.

It's always quicker ordering online, but if we can assist by phone then we will try. The only thing we can't do is take your money over the phone. What we NEVER want, is your card details over the phone. We want everything to be as secure as possible, so if we take an order over the phone, then we will send an electronic invoice via email with a secure link to either paypal or Stripe. This way, we never get to see your card details.

Anyway, I have whittered on long enough as usual.

I am glad you like the charm.
Most orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday. After that time we do try but it's not always possible.

Ahhhh, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Just looking back at our conversation. It's never easy with the different charm fittings on amazon. I wish they had a fitting selector that we could use as we have on our website, but nothing yet. Still, you found the website and ordered with the bead fitting and soldering, so all was good in the end.

Fantastic, thank you so much for the review. I am glad you like the charm. That is quite a detailed Engine charm and it's incredible how much detail you can get on something so small.

Thank you so much for the detailed review.
I photographed every one of the 5000+ sterling silver charms, so you will see the photography from the earlier ones not QUITE so good. I blame the technology at the time and not the operator!!. I try NOT to use filters and adjust the images too much as it makes them feel NOT real, if that makes sense. I want the charm to look presentable but real, so that what you see on screen is what you will receive or pretty close to it.

RE The website.
We have changed website host and now have LESS control, which means that most things should work better! The filters are gone but the product options are present and should work through MUCH testing and very late nights.

I am glad your necklace is filling up and of course, the joy is that once it is full, you can start on another. Maybe you will end up looking like MR T (From the A-Team)

I can't quite remember the query (it's me age you know!)
It might have been the product options playing up again.

Just for the future, we will be moving websites AGAIN, in January.

Something that doesn't get, or is less likely to be, affected by timeouts and chinese bots and other issues we have faced!!!

Hello,
thank you for the feedback and the review.
Couriers are the bane of my life. Their promises seldom reflect real life and I try to convey that in my delivery times.

You selected Royal Mail for delivery to Italy, and their AIM would be 5 days, I believe, but reality is around 2-3 weeks!
Looking at the details, the order was received on Tuesday 16th September around 11PM. Wednesday 17th September, we processed, soldered clips and packaged it, and was collected by Royal Mail around 12pm.
From there, it flew to Italy and was held by Italian customs from 23rd September and released on the 29th and final delivery on the 30th.

I wish I could find a quicker affordable courier.
Around a week in customs is ghastly, but that is the reality, unfortunately.

I don't even need to look up who you are B-)
It was no problem to help out.
Amazon can be a pain in the "Neck" sometimes. They have adverts on every page and, well I could go on forever and a day!

On the website, you can choose the fittings on each product page.

Anyway, at the end of the day, we both worked together and got there in the end!! When there's a dialogue, it's not a problem.

I hope all is good with you and your family now and hope to help again soon.

Nope, that's rude, so I shall refer to you are a fantastic returning customer B-)
