A few years ago, deliveries to Sweden seemed to be taking over a MONTH!!!!, but now their processing at PostNord appears to have improved and they are much quicker, which is great for everyone.

We had to rename that one to car badge charm as we are not allowed to call it a Volkswagen badge charm.

Wow, about 8 days from UK to Aus is pretty quick in my experience.
Our Australian customers have told us it seems to depend on their location as to how long the delivery can take.
For some, they have told us a week and a few as long as a month, which isn't as great.
Anyway, I am glad your delivery was fairly quick.

We do try hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, from communication to dispatch, and most of the time it does B-)

We much prefer someone to ask questions, whether it be about hallmarking or the size of a charm or its suitability for engraving etc.

Oh, thank you.
I am glad it was well received and everything went well.
With Special Delivery, it's usually delivered the next working day.

The bead fittings are great as they will fit most Pandora Moments bracelets and allow us to convert most of our 5000+ silver charms to accommodate.

That's great news that it arrived safe and sound in Sweden.
I am glad it was fast as sometimes there can be a little delay as Post Nord process and customs.
We seem to get many orders from Sweden, especially via Fruugo, which is a great marketplace!

We try to keep the prices as low as possible but in this day and age, it's getting more and more difficult, but we always try.

Thank you so much for your kind words.
We do try to make sure that everything works out and mostly, it does.
I photographed ALL 5000+ sterling silver charms, myself, with extra ones of every product against a ruler.
It's always tricky taking photos of silver but the results aren't too bad, and fairly lifelike, although we have to remove the background due to Amazon rules on the main photo B-)

If you ever need to see a different angle photographed or maybe a charm on a different fitting like a Pandora Fitting or a lobster clip for Thomas Sabo bracelets, then just let us know and we will do our best. It can take longer during busy times, especially during December.

I know you needed eight and sadly we only had seven, but they are being made as we speak and I will try to let you know when they arrive.
I must ask, if you don't mind, the reason for the Tart / Pie charms?
Is it a "Great British Bake Off" themed event or do they have some other meaning?

We do have a lot of charms at around 5000+ now but saying that, we don't have everything.
Someone asked the other day for a deep sea fish silver charm, with a photo. Unfortunately, none of our manufacturers made that one, although we have asked them for the future!
