Based on this, the courier considers the shipment completed. While we understand this doesn't change how disappointing the situation is for you, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund without additional evidence showing the package was not actually delivered.
We would strongly recommend checking any nearby security cameras or asking neighbors if they may have seen the package after delivery. Filing a police report may also help in these situations. If you are able to obtain any new information or evidence, please share it with our support team, and we will review it.

While we understand this may not have been the outcome you hoped for, our policy is applied consistently to all customers, and we cannot offer free repairs outside the warranty terms.
