I would not hesitate to recommend
I would not hesitate to recommend Russell (Mallard Accounting) to anyone! We moved from a larger accounting firm to Russell in 2021 and have not looked back. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about our business and its success.
He is calm and patient which is a reassuring quality when dealing with certain matters.
I would be lost without him.

Brilliant Accountant
I've been using Russell at Mallard accounting for almost two years following a recommendation.
He is always responsive to emails and gets things done clearly and efficiently. I'm very happy with his service and couldn't rate him more highly.

An excellent asset to any business
I can only speak positively about Russell and the business he operates. Being a limited company, with a seven figure turnover, it is very important to us that we have a trusted adviser who is an expert in their field; Russell is exactly this.
Russell is extremely knowledgable in his field and his informed proactivity is what makes him a valuable asset to our business. Whether it is advice on how to positively manage funds or just being available when we need him, Russell is always professional and personable in his approach.
We switched accountants from a larger organisation and Russell managed this process seamlessly for us.

I used Russell for the first time this year and I can’t thank him enough for the excellent service I received. He sorted out my figures and tax return in an efficient and professional manner. Russell is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Russell and I look forward to working with him going forward.

So glad we switched to Russell
We switched to Russell over 2 years ago now and couldn't be happier with the service. He is extremely personable ,fair and knowledgeable and nothing seems to much trouble. His advice and direction has helped us become more streamlined, efficient and allowed us to cut costs and see exactly where the business was spending.
It may seem daunting to switch but he made it as painless as possible, couldn't recommend highly enough.
