Such an incredible brand with the most natural and wonderful clothes. I've bought the merino wool fleece twice for my son now and it get so many compliments, whilst being soft and very comfortable. Speedy delivery and great customer service, would highly recommend.

What beautifully designed organic clothing for both my baby -and me! We love the Engel Merino Wool fleece suits especially -and the SISKIN Merino Wool/Silk rompers for cooler weather. Not only are the products well-made (and sourced!), the website is easy to navigate, orders come quickly and are beautifully packaged, too. Excellent customer service to boot!

Long time fan of Mama Owl. I especially love their siskin range which has bigger sizes- the cords and linen trousers are gorgeous! lovely ethical brand.

They've been my go to kids' clothes company. They're friendly and always try to solve any issues (of which there have been few tbh) and honestly that's a big one for me these days. Excellent quality clothes, love love love their merino tops and leggings of various brands, my kids are tall and super sensitive so it's honestly hard finding comparable brands. So easy to style everything together. Even figured out school clothes with their brands. Also look out for sales and studio sales for great deals. Sometimes read reviews and measure carefully when ordering so you don't have to send stuff back and forth. Would love a real high street shop again in London, but would take Brighton.

I am trying to buy things made of natural materials as I’m tired of clothes full of plastic on the high street. This shop is full of excellent quality items made of natural fibres. I really like their selection too. (Also, you get a little packet of Danish sweets in each order!)

Dream store - I am a lover of wool clothing so this is the perfect place for me! I am conscious of not wearing synthetics and love that I can find natural and organic clothing here and products have clear info so I know what I'm getting and where it is produced. Since reaching Menopause, I love to sleep in fine wool and their merino base layers give me the best sound sleep I've had in years. I recommend their wool and silk tops to everyone for this! They also have a great FB group that is full of knowledgeable customers who share great tips. I recommend them if you want quality non-toxic clothing, value how your products are made as well as beautiful colours. It's not the cheapest but it's made to last and the price per wear is so minimal. 100% worth investing in. My go to store for my kids and myself as well as gifts.

Great quality. Warm and snug, but allows the body to get rid of extra heat.

This was my first time ordering from MamaOwl, and I was truly impressed. They offer so many beautiful and charming products, and I chose one as a gift. I’m very satisfied with the item — the packaging and the small thoughtful touches showed real care. Even during the busy period before Christmas, the order was dispatched exactly as scheduled.

Although there was a delay caused by the courier, the MamaOwl team responded with remarkable speed and sincerity, even over the weekend. Their support made me feel very reassured.

I am a new customer to Mama owl but a devoted one! I have lost over two and a half stone in weight, retired from work and so my whole wardrobe doesn't fit my needs or my body anymore. I have over the past couple of months stocked up on new wool base layers, tops, knitwear and finally a pair of trousers. Every items has been incredibly week made, fits perfectly and made to last. Many thanks for your speedy delivery, beautiful packaging and the hand written note and jelly sweets are a lovely personal touch. A brilliant brans

Absolutely horrendous experience trying to return an item. You have to pay to return, which would be fine if they did their part of the job next. It took over 11 working days for my return to even get unboxed and checked in. I emailed and heard nothing back. Got told they were busy and only worked certain hours. Then no response. Finally after lots of emails I got a refund notification. That said it could take a further 10 working days to go into my bank account. Utterly ridiculous.
I sent it back the day after I received it with 24hour post. They recieved it the day after and it has taken 18 days to just get a notification that I will get a refund.
Beautiful company but will not be ordering from them again.

Appalling customer service! Item returned worn only to try on but won't refund as describe item as in 'unsellable' condition. Absolutely no damage, label on but trousers have picked up a couple of hairs from chair!

Ordered from them before but never had to send items back. This time had to send back two children items - shoes and cardigan as they did not fit. The returns received by them on 4 April and still no refund (it’s 24 April now). Have sent two chasers, no reply except for email saying they take 10 business days to issue a refund and I should have included some reference with my return. A - it’s been way over 10 business days since they got the return and B - i included the original receipt on my return. Looks like one of those companies where the lack professionalism is shown when a customer returns something as refunds not issued easily.
In addition for two of their wool products, there were some loose seams and I did not complain just stitched them myself. I do not recommend purchasing from them as returns will not be an easy process.

PLEASE HAVE A LOOK ON THEIR REVIEWS HERE AND ON GOOGLE to be aware…AND GIVE YOUR RATE ON JUDGE ME TOO not just here and google as they tend to “excuse” themself with “we use “judge m”e” well now we know !
Nice collection but customer service is at is lower when it comes to international buyer … no consideration, they overprice some women clothes, I asked to send it as a gift ( sometimes customs are cool and let it pass ). Impossible to send a gift from them they call it fraudulent ! Their answer “we can’t do that it’s fraudulent” - I didn’t ask to lie or implying anything fraudulent didn’t ask to lower the prices of anything and I’m not a first time customer. So yes shop around before buying from them, especially if you are outside England, you can found better prices, better services not that far. Now I’m waiting to get my refund as the package still at their store and they told me they will proceed - I’ll be back to give a following. I got my refund. And don’t forget to shop before buying from them.

I purchased a limited edition plush. The communication pre-order was excellent; the purchase easy and the delivery fast. Smooth transaction, serious e-commerce. I highly recommend it to everybody.

I had a great experience ordering from Mama Owl and will order again. Everything I ordered arrived quickly and was packaged well and in perfect condition upon arrival. There was even a little package of gummies inside that my boys enjoyed. The Siskin items I ordered are amazing quality, true to size, and I could never find anything like them here in the States. I love being able to find clothing for my boys that is beautifully made, age appropriate, and doesn’t have athletic equipment or dinosaurs on it.

Ordered a gift for my wife.
Order confirmed but a day later an email apology about system error and being out of stock. Seems other complaints have the same issue.
Told refund made but a week later still not received.
Not responding to my emails.
